The staff working there were super friendly and amazing. They helped us a lot with taxis and Uber, and they were excellent. I really appreciate that. The place has a good location, close to everything. The train station was only 12 minutes away. The room was super clean, as was the kitchen. The images look exactly the same as the actual place. The neighbourhood is wonderful, with supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and bus stops nearby. Very good place for long or short stay

I was on a work trip and just needed a bed to sleep in, the room I stayed in was small, but ok for my needs. The check in process was quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small tv in the room with Netflix, so it was a nice way to wind down from a stressful day / week and watch some tv. The room was quiet so I slept very well. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful, so that was also good.

External bathroom, meaning the bathroom is opposite your room. Not the end of the world, but it means you have to get dressed to go to the bathroom to take a shower and carry your change of clothes with you.

Nice, clean guesthouse in the residential area of Lisbon. Rooms with bathrooms and fully equipped common kitchen. It is not fully hotel, so some facilities, like hairdryer, are per request but in general we were satisfied with staying there. Some things like locks, could be be replaced by more stable ones, but the place doesn't deserve the low rating. It is completely unjustified. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located out of the main tourist spot in a calmer area, but it has good public transport connections. The room was just like in the photos, quite clean and comfortable. At walking distance there's coffee shops and supermarkets.

The door to the corridor doesn't offer a lot of sound proofing and its lock could also be a more modern and secure. Besides this, only small stuff like no hair dryer or toiletries, which for the price could be easily included in the room.

Rooms are clean and spacious, good enough especially for this price. I was here during a work trip and it did meet my expectations completely. Nothing to add.

Noise from the corridors inside are quite loud, especially the elevator that runs up and down all the time.

The room was recently furnished. Everything was in good condition. Very clean. Close to a Metro station and a shopping mall with restaurants and shops available.

The only thing is that sometimes you can hear noises like they are repairing or doing some work in the building that happened very early in the morning. The towels should be changed every day.

It was my second stay here ready. If you don't need the services of a hotel, I think this is one of the places with best value for money. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. I slept wonderful both times because it is quiet and the beds are comfy. Walking distance to coffee shops for breakfast (or they also have a shared kitchen you can use). The one on the first floor is so pretty. 10 minutes drive from Sete Rios station.

Very friendly staff! It was exactly what we needed - a base for us to explore the city and one of the cheapest options!

It was lacking some simple features, such as a hand towel holder by the sink, however this wasn’t a major problem. Sound also travelled through the hotel, so it could be quite noisy at times. This didn’t bother us, but I could imagine some more lighter sleepers may struggle. I’m sure they could rectify this with some sound acoustic products/panels in areas.
