I really liked their friendly and helpful staff.

Everything went smoothly enough, with the exception of school groups that mix up with leisure clients. I would expect such groups to have their own floor because they have the potential to spoil the experience through noise, or their superiors should sternly remind them that not every guest at the resort is a schoolchild.

The location was very much convenient for us to the Airport as we had a very early flight to catch . Everything went well after a very good night sleep .

Room set up and interiors are superb. Very nice,it shows how much you value the comfort of your clients. Pleasant staff. They are friendly and have good customer service.

Showers needs thorough cleaning ,normalise to bleach or scrab off moulded areas A room needs a kettle station please,i would prefer to wake up to a cup of coffee/tea in my room.

Was there breakfast?? I left the premises at 7:30. I would have appreciated a blanket because it was cold. It was the day that snowed in KZN. The weather was crazy in all the provinces. Off course the heater helped but i cannot have it on while sleeping.

I know it spring but again blanket and hot beverage in the room would have made a difference. Also the elevators.

Did not utilise the Breakfast service. Location was excellent for my needs - catching a flight the next day.

The TV remote was not working. So I was back to old style of getting up and switching channels on the TV. Actually, much as this observation is put in this box, it is a healthy practice to get up and switch channels rather than lying back and flipping around on the remote control!!

I wish you could offer breakfast or have a canteen we can use when visiting.

the fact that the rooms do not have clothes cabinets and the TV is still using SABC channels. please make use of the cheapest decoder is budget is tight. rooms should have coffee and kattle for when ever one needs tea or coffee.

Attitude of the staff, everybody was friendly and helpful

The coffee machine was broken. They could only help us with hot water and we have to buy our own coffee &sugars of which I find it unfair cause the company could've supplied those as well.otherwise the atmosphere was great very accommodating people

The rate and the accommodation met up with standard that you pay for your stay. It is budget accommodations, very helpful if you have a early flight

Well priced and close to the airport . Close to a convenient store to get snacks and water .

TV was old and of bad quality picture. Bed was too firm for my comfort . There was no shower gel and shampoo. No drinking water was provided .

Friendly staff, I booked for my sister and niece they booked in at reception. Such friendly staff .

Very clean and comfortable.not every one can afford 5 star. Thank you for catering to people with our budget with such clean premises.
