Location was great for us, easy access to the metro, easy and quick walk with our luggage. Access to the metro lift on to the platforms is near the hotel. The room was bigger than usual, but on the smaller side. Communication was good and they assisted us storing our luggage before check-in time.

The room was bigger than the usual, but still on the small side. We asked for assistance booking tables at local restaurants and they didn't help, the first time it ever happened to us in decades. Before check-in and after check-out our luggage was stored in the hall which we didn't find to be very safe, it should be improved.

The location was great! The closest station was about an 8 minute walk away from this hotel and it is in the middle of some really great restaurants! The staff are really friendly and they were able to speak English for the most part, but a translator app may be necessary. This hotel is really close to Dotonburi so that is also a plus.

The room is really small, but it's good if you don't have a lot of clothes or souvenirs. I would not recommend this hotel if Osaka is the end of your trip and you have a lot of stuff, or you are doing a lot of souvenir shopping in Osaka. I think this place is a great starting point/mid point.

We had excess rubbish from eating too much and would’ve liked to be able to throw our rubbish away as we wanted instead of waiting for house keeping (cos we were embarrassed by the amount of rubbish we had 😅) but we didn’t seem to see a rubbish chute or somewhere we could throw our own rubbish without disturbing the hotel staff.

Great location - near shopping areas and good eating places to eat, walking distance to dotonbori area. Pretty decent clean room, enough space for 2 persons. Staffs are courteous and always have a smile on their face. Booked a hollywood twin room which is decent size, clean as well as the bathroom. There is unlimited UCC coffee at the lobby aside from the instant coffee and green tea available in your room. New sets of towels everyday, they tidy your rooms everyday. Housekeeper staffs are trustworthy.

We wer looking for a hotel near Dotonbori and it was great location - next to the streets full of shops and 5 minute walk to Dotonbori. Room was small - normal in Japan - but bed was very comfortable. There were two self-check-in machines next to reception. Very convenient. Tea, coffee, toiletries were available next to the reception - everything was there. The hotel kept our luggage for the whole day on the check-out - we really appreciate it. One thing to know is that the streets there are very loud so it may be a problem for some people. There is a bar next to the hotel.

The location is perfect. Small walk to everywhere you want to go. Super central. Room is very clean. The reception desk was very helpful when we were there. Before going I had a little problem. By mistake I booked the same date for next month. I wanted to change, first they said they were fully booked. When I wanted to rebook for another date they said they cannot. I solved the problem through booking and felt annoyed with the staff. But during our check in and stay they were extremely kind. I suppose it was a language barrier before.

Room is super small. A lit bit bigger room could feel much more comfortable. I didn’t like the idea of not being able to see the street from the room. It felt claustrophobic. 10 am check out time is too early :(

Located in a very good location make it easy to get around in the city. Room is decent with good size. Facilities are sufficient. Service is good.

Despite having 1 window, it is so tinted and cannot see anything outside. Since there is already a curtain to block the view or light, the window glass should be clear. The lobby is fine but should have (a) seats for people to sit around (b) a separate area for luggage storage instead of putting them on the lobby floor

Great location, close to the covered shopping street, great restaurants and a 5minute walk to Bamba/Dotonbori. Glico Man sign too! Also subway is a 5minute walk away. Free coffee in the lobby all day/night was a great touch! Staff was very friendly and helpful- even came out from behind the desk to press the elevator buttons for me when hands were full of free coffee!

Centralized location within short walking distance to various train stations, convenience stores, eateries & shopping malls. The hotel is also clean and housekeeping was done well daily. It is even better that the hotel provides free hot/iced coffee at the reception.

It might get a little noisy at night from the outside environment but it can't be helped due to its location so it is not really a fault of the hotel. Note that the room is comfortable enough for 1 person to stay in but might be a little challenging for 2 person to stay.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and the service is good. The room is not big but enough for necessary travel items. The bed was very large and comfortable. The location is very good, very convenient for shopping and taking the subway. If you're like us and want to avoid those popular restaurants introduced by vloggers, the hotel staff will also recommend delicious restaurants that locals love to go to. If your itinerary is in the afternoon, don't worry, the hotel can store your luggage for free after you check out in the morning. And the hotel The hotel also provides a very thoughtful service of borrowing adapters. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I go to Osaka.
