EASY ECCESS TO THE PROPERTY

THE AIRCON DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THERE IS ONLY BATH TAB THAT WASTE WATER IF YOU USE SHOWER HEAD

This is an excellent establishment. The units are spacious, well ventilated and appropriately equipped. They are generally accommodating for late checkout requests too.

Nothing in particular, except that the aircon can be replaced because the ones that we have used are very slow in cooling the rooms

Beautiful and comfortable apartments! I stayed in the studio apartment and my colleagues shared the two bed apartments. Both apartments were beautiful, comfortable and well equiped. It has mostly everything that one needs to cook, and we were able to cook and have dinner every night in one of the apartments. The layout of the apartments is pretty simple but good, nice big windows which allowed lots of natural light inside the apartment. The studio apartments have a balcony with picnic chairs, which face the parking lot (a nice one, by the way). On the other side (the entrance door), you have a simple and small nice pool. The apartments are very secure, with 24h video vigilance and an electronic gate (for which they give you a remote with the apartment keys). In terms of location, is not central, but still not very far from city center (I think around 30 minutes walking). All in all, we loved the place and had a great stay!

The booking did mention washing machines in the apartments, but none of them had it. Average breakfast, although suitable for those who don't eat much in the morning. Although I loved the bathtub, not having a proper shower/hanging shower head/curtain in the studio apartment's bathroom can be a problem, as it forces one to mostly always have a soaking bath, otherwise the water will be spilled all over the floor.

The room was spacious and clean with modern amenities. The breakfast was basic but sufficient, just add eggs. I looked forward to the brewed coffee every morning

The placement of the TV not opposite the bed. Had to watch TV on the couch which wasn't very comfortable

The breakfast was fine but the only disappointment was they just served cold breakfast not hot breakfast. The rooms was super comfy and the pool my family really enjoyed it my 6 year old learn how to swim in that pool. Enjoy it very very much.

The tv was glitching alot and some channels was speaking but the pictures was not showing and if it's showing its glitching..

The bed was comfortable. They have private parking and the place is safe. Its also value for the money compare to the other places in vicinity.

Accommodation is clean and well kept.

Breakfast variety should be increased. Even if there’s gonna be additional charge for that service.

Great property close to downtown Windhoek! The property is gated and close to the city center. The staff was very welcoming and the apartments were very spacious and clean!

The breakfast is okay. However, it will be good to add some meat such as wors, chicken instead of just bread.
