The service was fantastic, everyone was friendly from the manager who stopped to talk with us to reception, waiters, chefs, luggage handlers, bar staff, room service, spa staff. Everyone was very efficient and helpful at all times. We recieved a beautiful card and bouquet of roses in our room for our anniversary. Kris at the restaurant and Gustave at reception were great. The food was lovely from the full breakfast to a beautiful Nasi Goreng at dinner. Great location to restaurants and beach and shops in Seminyak.

Great location. Our group stayed across 3 villa types and believe the 3 bed villa was the best value. Happy hour and room service is great. Highly recommend the in- villa BBQ. Food was excellent. We had 26 people at the 5 bed villa for a birthday. The staff were amazing, cake was divine and we had heaps of fun with the karaoke machine.

Floors are extremely slippery when wet. Not really deal for elderly or young children. I also felt that although the rooms were serviced daily and kept neat and tidy I question how sanitary the cleaning was. I felt the toilets were not properly disinfected even though I made a note of this to housekeeping.

Immaculate villas, very clean with spacious pool and living/dining areas. Staff were very welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommend the In villa BBQ. Small but serviceable gym. Great location, but with the amenities provided by Peppers, there was not a great need to explore.

Nothing. Not a negative, but the villa was slightly off the main road and a bit confusing for drivers to find.

Just a super relaxing environment. Our villa was absolute tranquility. All staff were super friendly and also helpful. It was all better than the photos - that is most unusual! We had a an amazing start to our Bali family holiday with our 4 nights at Peppers Seminyak!

Can't think of anything to be honest. Maybe the only thing was better Rosè on the room service menu.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at The Laneways restaurant was superb - an amazing choice (available all day) and of all the meals we had we tried most items and never had a poor meal. Every meal was delicious and great value for money.

The selection of Tv channels - poor quality reception and limited choice.

Everything was great. The staff were amazing. Villa was incredible. Bedrooms were huge. Bathrooms were huge. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great breakfast each day with lots of choices.

Location was a little out of the way, and with teenage kids I didn't like them walking from the main street to the resort on their own. The resort definitely does try to accommodate for this, and this was definitely only a minor downside.

The staff at Peppers could not have been more friendly. Every person we came into regular contact with learned our names and used them whenever we interacted with them. Special thanks to Asini, Kris, Ketut and Indra for their exceptional service. Our villa was incredibly spacious and any small problems were dealt with so promptly. The included breakfast was excellent (buffet plus a la carte), as were the lunches and dinners we ate at the resort after long days of walking/shopping.

The grounds were very nice and the staff were great. My friends and I rented a 3 bedroom villa for my birthday and it was amazing. Bluetooth speaker, large lounge, comfortable beds and the private pool was wonderful. They even gave me a little birthday cake! I took a tour early in the morning before breakfast but they packed up some pastries, fruit and a coffee for me (I had called to request the night before).

I stayed in the master bedroom and the en-suite was great however I didn’t have hot water after the first day. We called to get it fixed and they came to fix it but the hot water didn’t come back.
