The staffs were very friendly. They have a parking area,but you have to pay 18€. Or you can just park in the street for free.

The facilities are already very old and are not really modern. The color of the room is really boring. It is far from the center, although it is near the bus station and metro station. The breakfast is too expensive. The pillows are not really comfortable.

The hotel room was "klein aber fein". It was very clean- Congratulations!!. The breakfast was super, the personal at reception was very nice and helpfull! The place is quite quiet, you have many common transportation in the areas, nice small restaurant at maximum 20 minutes walk.

the furniture was very, very old. I was having a single that was older than me :) with cupboards in which there were old kitchen parts inside / not in use any more !! When I arrive in romm was extremly cold, and also the radiator in bathroom was not working properly.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, free bottled water and toiletries, a good location for us (visiting family). A couple of restaurants nearby.

It was quite hot (end of July) and although the doors onto the balcony were wide open a fan might have helped cool the room. Also, it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

I really loved staying at this hotel. Clean, spacious, quiet, and staff was so helpful and friendly. The bus stop is next to the hotel and everything is easily accessible. I was also super pleased with the comfort of the mattress/bed. I am a sensitive sleeper but I slept so well. I would definitely stay here again

If I was to try and find something negative I'd say a kettle in the room for coffee would be great. But otherwise, everything was perfect!

We traveled with our dog and when we arrived to the room, there were bowls prepared for her and a treat! They also have a sign Dog alone in room, which you can put on the door for the housekeeping to know! I absolutely loved it! The best dog friendly experience in a hotel so far!

Friendly staff and free boiling water (and milk) in the kitchen to make my morning cup of tea. Generously sized bedroom. Nice bathroom with good layout. Good TV reception. Elevators very quick to arrive,

I would recommend that they buy some new luggage scales. The one they lent me at reception were not accurate. Tea and coffee-making facilities (including a kettle) in the bedroom would have been rather nice, (but maybe you never get that in Germany).

Got upgraded for free. Feel welcomed to ask for any help. Gate locked at night for security reason. Appreciate it. I'd still recommend this place )

The working staff including cleaning ladies are usually nice and polite, excep for one girl at reception 🥶 A different attitude towards English speakers and German speakers. The location isn't very good to the downtown.

The location was very close concerning my conference workshops.it was clean and comfortable my room!the people in the reception and generally were very kind! everything was really nice! Thank you.

The staff were polite and helpful. Our speacial thanks goes to the receptionist Tarık, who was ready to help all the time. The hotel is close to city with public transportation. Breakfast was very good. The rooms very clean and neat. It would be nice though if the rooms had minibar and maybe a kettle

Extras like coffee machines are chargeable, only one pillow per person. Breakfast was a little expensive but it is Berlin so maybe it’s reasonable.
