The hotel is in a good and quiet location. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center, the metro station and the shop are just a few steps away. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel also has a parking garage.

15€ extra per day for a dog is too much, as is 17€ per day for a parking space.

The breakfast buffet was OK . Nothing special to be honest .

It was difficult to find a clear table at breakfast time . The buffet staff were especially unfriendly . It was disappointing that there were no facilities in our room to make a hot drink ( is this a British obsession ?!)

The hotel is very good – clean, spacious rooms with useful amenities like a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The staff is polite and friendly, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, it’s a comfortable place, and I would stay here again.

I booked a room with a queen-size bed and paid extra for this feature. However, upon arrival, I found two single beds pushed together instead. When I asked to switch to the room I had originally booked, the staff politely explained that all rooms in the hotel only have single beds. While everything else about the hotel was great, it’s very disappointing and disrespectful to mislead guests with false photos and descriptions online. It’s not fair to charge extra for features that don’t exist.

It was a nice suprise to have a microwave and fridge in the room! The only thing was nothing to go with it ... an empty cutlery draw, no bottle opener, no kettle or mugs, dishes, pots to heat food up ... so unable to use any of them. Did hotel think guests would bring their own? For a few nights it was impractical to go and buy them!

Nice modern clean businesses trip hotel. incredibly comfy bed with long blanket and super soft bedsheet. That really was a highlight. Great money/value ratio.

They will sell you parking for 10 euros only for you to find out there is no parking space when you come back from dinner. They helped us figure out an ad hoc spot, plus I am sure it’s not the desk people fault, but why on Earth would you charge people for something you can’t deliver? I know it’s only 10 euros but it’s about the principle of it.

Great location with an Ubahn connection just 1 minute walk away and a rewe supermarket across the street. Most staff are friendly and helpful, and the bar is open 24/7 to grab a drink and quick pizza at all times. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a little kitchennete. Our favourite part of this hotel chain is the games in the lobby area, which have a foosball table, board games and a place to take and print photos with your friends and family.

The breakfast is very expensive for the very limited and basic variety offered.

The rooms weren’t super clean and the biggest surprise was that the kitchenette didn’t have anything in it- no kettle, no cups, no cutlery. Absolutely zero. A sign in the room advised that a 50€ deposit was required to get those items. This felt weird and it wasn’t explained in the notes during booking, nor was it during check in. I booked this hotel because the rooms had a kitchenette. A total waste of time as I don’t get to use it due to it being nothing more than a set of bare cupboards! Highly disappointing!

* The room description as well as facilities mentioned that a stove would be present, but there was no stove. We got groceries that we couldn't use. Listing needs to be updated. * Need to pay a refundable 50 euro deposit for cutlery and dishes and a kettle and collect and return them at the reception. We were given a box with a kettle without the base, which we later asked for. But on checkout, there was some confusion saying that we have to return a kettle. The experience was inconvenient.
