The house was very cozy and had private access to and from the property with its own private bathroom and study and kitchenette, with an external entry which was perfect! Well equipped with food supplies and linen, towels and accessories! Overall, I was greeted warmly by the hosts, who were both extremely helpful and friendly, sharing their local knowledge and experience of where to eat and shop. A fabulous location with a short walk to beach, shops and the local hotel. The bedroom even was delightful with a rear cottage garden surrounded with interesting electic art works.

Lighting could be a little brighter at night for reading but the ambience is lovely.

the laundry was converted to a kitchenette. Has all necessities incl small fridge & microwave, but just enough room for one person to make toast or reheat. Eat at small table in separate living room (very uncomfortable chairs). Good couch for watching TV (complicated TV, no normal free-to-air) Ok for 1 or 2 nights

Everything was great! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but if possible we would have stayed longer. This was the first time we rented shared accommodation and we were not disappointed at all. It felt like home - there are you and your neighbors behind the wall. I would also like to pay attention to the decoration of the rooms and the overall atmosphere - everything is neat and clean, and many small trinkets only add to the cozy atmosphere. We were with a dog - there were no problems either.

Caz is a great host. She met us out front and directed us to our private entrance to the home. We rented 1 bedroom, but were allocated one bedroom to sleep in, one bedroom to store our luggage in, a toilet and bathroom, a kitchenette, and an office/day room. The hosts live at the home, but in a different part of the house that is separated by a locking door. Our host provided fresh eggs for breakfast, an egg poacher, bread, and all sorts of cereal and breakfast items. The bathroom has a soaker tub and massage shower.

Everything was great. We enjoyed visiting with Caz and Kevin.

Absolutely everything. Caz and Kev were the perfect hosts. Friendly and welcoming. The guest suite had everything and more you could want. Beautifully furnished and so clean. On top of that there were snacks, breakfast, fruit etc. The lovely view over the gorgeous back garden was a lovely surprise too. We would definitely stay again 🥰

Home from home. Caz really does put so much effect into making it a good experience. Bed is very comfy. Best sleep I’ve had all holiday. 5 mins walk to beach and pub/shops. Very quiet location but near enough to amenities.

This was the perfect spot for our one night stay in the area for a family party. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. We had a good night sleep and were refreshed for the next day. Breakfast provisions were great too. We'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming and everything we could possibly need had been provided. Attention to detail abounded in every room, loads of products to use and plenty of supplies in the kitchen. The garden area was lovely too.

Felt like a home away from home. Had the place to ourselves. Didn't even need to bring snacks, soap, towels or hand cream so we packed very light. Slept well as it is a quiet neighborhood. Nice hot shower.

Only issue we had was finding the exact street address because the calendar link from Booking.com didn't have the number. Went back through quite a few emails to pin it down - at least we'll know for next time.

A simple breakfast was provided. There were ample provisions available with plenty of milk and juice. There were plenty of toiletries available and a separate toilet to the bathroom is always a bonus. The host kindly provided us with some prosecco and treats to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms were a short walk - approx 500m to the foreshore of St Leonards.

We were unable to connect the TV to the wifi - I think there was a cable missing but it could of been us not knowing what to properly. It didn't end up bothering us as we watched a movie on our lap top instead.
