Everything was great, breakfast was adequate. Food ok, room was comfortable. Clean as well. We had a broken shower door in our room although it really didn't affect us.

We had sent a message ahead to have the shuttle available from the airport & were messaged that it only was available from 2:30pm-9:30pm, we ended up arriving at 11:30pm & had to pay $60US for a taxi, was not happy. Additionally, my parents also arrived the day before at 9:30pm & just missed the last shuttle, having to pay for a cab ride as well. I would expect that being so close to the airport you would have this as a resource for your customers with a bigger arrival window. Even having a small charge is better that $60US they wanted $85US before we bartered.

Paid shuttle, our room faced the flight path; that was great. The shower was adequate but needed some maintenance. Overall the food was good in the morning but lunch and dinner needs to be bought from elsewhere.

Perfect location if you have a night in between flights, Totally worth it because they also provide the transportation from and to the airport. Satisfying breakfast, clean comfortable rooms.

Only bad thing about the transfer to the airport is that they have only one van that operates every one hour, if that I full you have to wait do one hour do the next one which almost cost me my flight, but it was also my fault that I didn’t ask at the reception earlier.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel ends at 9pm. If you have a late flight they will not help you reach the hotel and the taxis at the airport will charge you extremely high rates. That are almost equal to 1 night's stay at the hotel.

We loved that it was so close the airport and our car rental store. It was exactly what we expected from a corporate chain. The floor was quiet, the room was impeccably clean. White sheets and comforters were clean. Bathroom was modern and beautiful. Such a great way to spend the last night in Mexico resting before departure. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it for the convenience and cleanliness. The staff was also very helpful.

The breakfast rolls, bread and pastries were stale. I can overlook this. Also, for those of you with a vehicle, be careful when exiting the garage, its very tight and we ended up scratching the bumper. Just take care with that. Other than that we would highly suggest spending the night here!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, is very good hotel.

Prices are high , plus if guest reach late at night their is noting for dinner, so you have to starve. Plus the airport is not far and taxi that front desk book is expensive same price as if you are coming from down town.

It's not a luxury hotel, and it's located by the road, but as the name suggests, it's a hotel near the airport, likely intended for a one-night stay. In that sense, it met our expectations.

It's unfortunate that breakfast isn't available before 7 am, as we had an early flight and missed out on breakfast.

This hotel was close to the airport for an early flight. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property basically had showers, slept a couple of hours and left again. It was well priced for such a short stay.

We had a late flight and thought we would stay here rather going straight onto the resort. 10 minutes away from the airport. Free shuttle that they were happy to come back for us after we were delayed.

Not much around the hotel but it was just somewhere to sleep.

The staff where amazing. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Free transfer from and to the airport was really great!

I was in a “door” separated room and could hear the neighbours…. Plus workers early in the morning walking in the corridor but wasn’t too bad.
