I loved the hotel and it’s extra resources for guests such as restaurant, pool, gym. Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Place felt clean, comfortable and professional.

I had problems organising the advertised “free shuttle” from airport to hotel (however from hotel to airport was absolutely fine!) I was told via Booking.com I need to use WhatsApp message to reserve the shuttle but only once I’m at the airport and ready to board it. However, when I tried to do it with Fairfield WhatsApp number given to me, I wasn’t receiving responses for an hour, during which time someone was trying to scam us at Cancun Airport - which felt very stressful. I was later told by receptionist that the hotel’s shuttle can only be reserved by direct phone call - but in this case I shouldn’t have received instructions to use WhatsApp. Confusing experience which added some stress.

They have nice beds and a decent breakfast.

We forgot to reserve the airport shuttle and tried to call the hotel when we arrived at the airport, but they didn't pick up the phone. At the hotel they told us that the number on the website of Booking.com was not correct. In the end we took a taxi which charged us 75 dollars for a 5 min drive.

The booking package its nice that have including breakfast and airport transfer. The room is comfy and quit. Nice facilities of gym and pool for short staying and relaxing.

Hotel have provide free airport shuttle bus, when we check in they told us it's just need 15mins tirp to arrive airport. The bus is coming late around 15-20 mins then we get the traffic jam that make us miss the flight And the driver not stop the right spot of termial 4, we have to walk around 8-10mins to the right terminal. We found out that it used always have transfer jam of the way to cancun airport The service counter should notice us that the road situation to the traveler ,then can make a better time arrangement to the airport

The location near to the airport is great for either getting ready to leave via Cancun airport or arriving, needing overnight accommodation and looking to miss out Cancun city itself and head elsewhere the next day. Buses can be obtained from the airport. Swimming pool is great to relax by. Breakfast is also good.

Nothing as regards the hotel. To get there, the difference in taxi prices, Cancun airport being excessive (rip pff), as regards taxi rates. Better to arrange taxi transport from the airport before you arrive there via Booking.com or whatever.

the booking is coming with free aiport transfer. Very easy to go back to the airport with the free shuttle, but impossible to get the shuttle from the aiport to the hotel so it cost me 35$ to make the 8 km from the airport to the hotel with a taxi. Can you make this clearer at the time of the reservation? Where does the shuttle is picking you up, terminal, door? And what are the schedules?

Very clean and comfortable. Modern/up to date. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. Random thing, but the hot water for showering was AMAZING.

Shuttle driver was very late for pick up. Shuttle driver was particular to an airline crew and attended them before attending those of us who were actually present beforehand and had waited an extremely long time in the sun and heat. Overpriced rates for mediocre food in the restaurant. Server was not very attentive at all. We got a boxed lunch instead of the included breakfast due to the early hour of our departure. We verified multiple times with the clerk that there would be no mayonnaise on the sandwiches. She assured us this would be the case. And then we ended up with mayonnaise sandwiches anyway. This was disappointing.

Conveniently located close to the airport and not so far from the city. The airport shuttle was a plus and the driver was very corteous. Checking in was smooth and staff were friendly. The room was spacious and comfy. The bed was comfortable.

The shower door didn't close properly and so the bathroom floor flooded as I had a shower. The AC temperature along common areas was way too cold. Breakfast options were very limited and taste-wise not the best, though for a BF included in the room charge it was not bad. There was only americano coffee available at breakfast which was a disappointment. The pool area was not illuminated at night which makes the experience not so pleasant.

Shuttle service to and from the airport, dining staff accommodating us when we arrived in the cusp of the dining room closing and allowing us to order for it to be sent to room service and providing hem the room number after we checked in (as it saved us time and we were tired after a day of travels). Room service order arrived as soon as we got to the room, really amazing and good was great portions and tasty. Abigail at the front desk was phenomenal, we were to have had two bookings for April 22-23, but an error in dates for one room meant we only had 1 reservation instead of 2. Abigail was courteous, professional and proposed solutions to the dynamic and we booked directly through the hotel thanks to Abigail and she was able to accommodate an upgrade for the honeymoon couple who the erroneous reservation had been intended for - thank you Abigail, you are the reason customer service still has moments of magic. You remedied a potential really unpleasant experience for honeymooners spoke to all guests with the same demeanor and courteousness. Beds comfy, shower great, breakfast lovely variety, thank you for a lovely stay to me and family including the honeymooners.

Waited a bit longer for the shuttle to collect us at than we were informed the waiting time would be.

We had an early flight to catch and so I spoke with the front desk to confirm that, although the breakfast bar would not be open at 4 AM, we could certainly order room service. When I called the next morning, the front desk routed us to the kitchen, who then told us that they were closed. I called the front desk back and asked about the confusion, and they said no the kitchen was open for room service and routed me back to the kitchen, who then told me no they were closed for cleaning between 4 and 5 AM. Our stay, and the facilities were excellent, except for this one hiccup, which was disappointing.

Fantastic location, we spent one night on our way through Mexico and it was perfect for a stopover. Really clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and tasty food.

There is a self service laundry which I used - I was given 2 tokens (one for washing one for drying) put my stuff on and left it for an hour. Came back to realise the machine hadn’t gone on so went downstairs to ask for assistance. Over the course of an hr I was told someone was coming to help, went down to check 3 times, but was essentially left waiting in the laundry room to no avail. I asked for another token but wasn’t given one! I was super jet lagged and tired so in the end washed my things in the bathroom sink in the room. Was really disappointed as everything else was great.
