Excellent location and facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Tanya who was extremely friendly and helpful. Also shout out to Mohammed and another gentleman who I didn't catch his name.

Great hotel with a personal touch in a very convenient location. Small, boutique vibe with staff at front desk also serving breakfast and drinks in the small lounge area one ground floor. Modern feel to the bedroom which was comfortable and clean. Complimentary drinks in the lobby lounge between 5-6pm which is a lovely touch.

Not the place for you if you like a hotel with all the facilities - no pool or gym (there's a stretch room which is the size of a cupboard). A simple breakfast is available on site but all other meals need to be ordered in from outside (there is a Mexican and a Spanish place next door that have an arrangement with the hotel, otherwise Uber Eats is your friend). The staff were helpful in bringing my food deliveries to my room.

I loved the boutique feel about the place, the wonky chandelier to the lovely works of art they had. I loved the size of the towels too, first place I’d stayed where the towels actually fit around me which was wonderful! I had breakfast the second to last day and it was okay but not the best. They wrote a personalised note and left me a chocolate for it being my first solo holiday/early birthday which was lovely and all the staff were so friendly! Loved the fact they had a bose speaker in the room too as I forgot mine so was nice to listen to music whilst getting ready for the day, the apple tv came in handy for watching netflix too!

The rooms arent 100% soundproof as I had to call reception at around 10:30pm due to people next to me listening to music/being loud. It wasnt too bad but the drain in the shower was quite loud so I wasnt sure if anyone else heard it, I hope they didnt.

Our recent stay at the Lancemore Crossley Boutique Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel's intimate size and excellent location made it easily accessible and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly attentive, striking the perfect balance between being helpful and respectful of our privacy. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of natural light that made the space feel warm and inviting. The comfortable bedding ensured we had a restful night’s sleep. As a special touch, we were delighted to find a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, making our anniversary celebration even more special. Overall, our experience at Lancemore Crossley was outstanding, and we’ll definitely return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and well-located boutique hotel.

Perfect location for leisure travellers with the best food a short walk out the door. Very comfortable bed and little touches like the free drinks, umbrella and the stocked minibar were very welcome. Staff were excellent. Didn't get a chance to use it but the rooftop Terrace would be good place to hang out. A new favourite!

It is smaller than another favourite down the road - fine for a stay where you are mostly out, but if you are looking to work or staying longer then not so ideal. The bathroom could use some storage space (some odd design choices there). There was an odd dip between the bathroom door and the main room you need to watch out for. Corridots could be a bit narrow for those with larger bags and no on site parking.

The staff at Lancemore Crossley were wonderful, right from the second we walked to reception until the moment we left. Pleasant, polite, happy - they were always just so lovely (and dressed so nicely!). Not sure if they do it everyday but there was a happy hour when we went where we were able to afford a complimentary drink, it was such a nice bonus to our stay. The room was great - exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious, good television with lots of viewing options, and very clean. Location was also fabulous for us.

Unfortunately shower pressure wasn't great. We understand this could.be due to a lot of factors so it didn't bother us all that much.

A Boutique hotel perfectly located for excellent restaurants, theatres, the sports precinct and easy to get to from Southern Cross. The Staff and customer service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were professional, pleasant and friendly, even sending a complimentary bottle of champagne up to the room when they heard that our stay was for a special occasion. We couldn't fault the cleanliness and comfort of our room and the rooftop terrace was a great place to meet friends. All correspondence prior and after our stay was promptly and courteously responded to and they went above and beyond to find a piece of jewellery that I had lost during my stay.

The decor and vibe of the hotel was amazing! Loved the dark tones. The location is fabbo, close to so many bars, restaurants and shopping.

The staff on check-in did their job and were efficient, though a little reserved. More of a welcome and advising about area and amenitites would have been a nice touch. We were in room 208/09 - beautiful and so roomy. My only two complaints, the bed was way TOO soft. We each had a side and were sunk in and nearly rolling out with a huge lump in the middle. Also, this room could accommodate and needs a full length mirror.

The location, was central to everything, but quiet. The hotel was a small, boutique style and just lovely. The rooms were modern and well designed. King bed very comfortable. Great rain shower with separate spray, top quality fittings. Room serviced daily.

Air conditioning fan very loud even on low, kept off most off time as too noisy. Couldn’t get Apple TV to work at all, didn’t worry in the end. Breakfast buffet was good but wary of how other guests handled food and put back, a lady guest coughed over fruit platter on buffet. Yuk! Pastries were covered.

Totally exceeded my expectations! This hotel was brilliant for its price and location. From the minute you walk in the aroma is amazing (perfume) and staff lovely. Hotel and room was immaculately clean with great amenities. The complimentary happy hour in the lobby was a beautiful inclusion. We had king room on the 7th floor and it was lovely and spacious with a couch etc. No noise from outside. The hotel was perfect for walking to Rod Laver arena for a show (10mins), and also for bars and restaurants. The carpark wasn't even a 2 minute walk. A perfect cosy winter escape in a small intimate boutique hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing except - if you were staying in the peak of summer you would probably want a pool which this hotel does not have, and if you were travelling with lots of luggage you may want a hotel with parking in the same building.
