The Hotel is located just minutes away from the beautiful Old Town. Within 5 minutes you can reach a dozens cafés and most of the attractions. There was a nice and secure parking spot when we arrived, which you can book beforehand. The staff was extraordinary friendly, helped with luggage and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Even when we booked last-minute breakfast they made it possible to get a table. Since we last stayed here (propably 2021) the Hotel did major upgrades, inlcuding new paint on the walls and way larger breakfast. The room itself is large and quiet, so you easily can sleep with an open window, even on the weekend. The room was very clean, had a coffee machine, a hairdryer and super comfortable bed. The bathroom is way bigger than in most other hotel rooms and even included a baththub AND a shower seperately. The breakfast now is generous for the price and inlcudes cheese, ham, marmelade, bread, bacon, eggs, fresh orange juice, coffee and much more. We loved it.

This has been the best hotel on our trip so far. We had a triple room which was on the ground floor near reception. The location was quite central and easy to get around the city. WiFi worked well for video meetings. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. Room was beautiful. And the woman who checked us in gave us all kinds of tips about where to go, what to see, what to eat and more. She was absolutely lovely!

The only oddity is, we were in a triple room, with 3 individual beds, but the bathroom door had a center pane of frosted glass that was not 100% opaque. Odd choice in my book.

Excellent boutique hotel in a fantastic location - we could walk everywhere easily. Good room size and large bathroom. Beds comfortable. We were on the top floor which has spiral stairs, no issue for us. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful; we used a lot of the Hotel's recommendations in terms of Restaurants, Pubs etc. Lovely short stay. I would definitely recommend! (Didn't chose to add breakfast so can't comment but the pub next door is nice!)

Room was pretty hot, due to summer weather. A ceiling fan or air-con would be ideal, but there was a small portable fan provided which helped slightly.

Check in process was simple. We were due to arrive later than expected but I had a call from the lovely lady (Yevheniya) on reception who organised the self check-in process. This was easy and detailed instructions were provided. Room was spotless and cleaned on a daily basis, we were there for 4 nights. From the hotel there is direct access to Foley's Irish Pub which do excellent food and drink. Ideal location if you are wanting to explore Gent. Within a few minutes you are in the city centre. If you need any tips for where to go for food, drink & exploring then reception will happily provide these. Should you wish to visit some other cities in the region you can via Train (Bruge and Brussels both in approx 30mins from Gint St. Pieters station)

Very lovely old building in the centre of Ghent, easy to walk to the attractions. Very friendly and helpful lady who checked us. Parking on site which we could reserve. Lovely sized room and bathroom, very clean. Nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

All very good, the only thing I would mention is that the parking is a little tight if there are other vehicles. But this is very minor, overall we had a very good stay. I should also mention the staircases are steep and no lift, but again this didn't worry us, and given the age of the hotel to be expected. The staff do offer to help with bags. Not a dislike, just might be helpful to mention it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Off-street parking was available for us and he accommodation has a lively bar & restaurant next door (but didn't affect us with any noise). The location is a little way from the 'main' centre of Ghent but only 5 minutes walk away. The room was spacious and pleasant, breakfast was good.

The only negative was that we noted some water running down the bathroom wall early evening... possibly from the bathroom above? But it wasn't like we were flooded - only a small puddle near the toilet and water on the wall. Interestingly, this wasn't there in the morning.

The staff were great from the time we arrived. We arrived early and they had our room early. We were given a map and a run down of all the places of interest. The room was very clean and house keeping was great. The breakfast was nice with a good selection. The food in the adjoining Foleys bar and restaurant was excellent as was the staff also. The location was great a short walk from all the main sites , which there are many in Gent. Reception were so kind and even arranged a taxi to bring us the the train station for our trip home.

There are many bikes and trams around the city, be aware when walking because they can come up behind you quickly

The two ladies on reception during our trip were so helpful and friendly and just really lovely! (And all queries we asked prior to the trip were answered really quickly.) The hotel was lovely, lots of character, really nicely decorated, bathroom was new, clean and the shower was large with plenty of power. The location was excellent and the hotel rooms were really quiet - didn't hear anything from another room / the street / the local bar. I would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing I didn't like but just for advice... It added to the character for me but one of the beautiful staircases was really steep with narrow treads. If you're not 100% steady on your feet I'd perhaps ask for a room on a lower floor! (But don't worry because the lovely people on reception staff will happily take your bags up and down for you if you prefer)

Comfy bed and a cute room. Massive bathroom with a great shower. The room was small but had everything you needed. We were at the top of a lot of stairs which is fine for us and they did have ground floor rooms I think of mobility was an issue. Super lovely friendly staff and a cat!! Nice location right by the canal and a very short walk to the old centre, very convenient for a quick trip.

There was a coffee machine in our room but it didn’t work. The walls are very thin so if you’re a light sleeper you might be disturbed by people coming and going in the morning/night.

The room was cozy and clean. Hot water was so nice and strong. Netflix is also a bonus if u have your acct and it’s very quick to connect. The staffs are super friendly and very accommodating with our request. After we checked out we requested if we can leave the car in their parking gate while we grab some lunch and final look around. We really appreciate that allowed us. Overall it was such an excellent experience staying in their hotel. Highly recommended! Thumbs up to all the staffs!
