Very good location about one mile off the freeway. Easy to get to a bike path as well. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast choices were diverse (eggs, cereal, fruit). A bonus was the use of a washer and dryer ($2.50 for each), which came in handy as we were on a two month van camping trip. Another bonus was being next door to a Starbucks (we're from the PNW so good coffee is a must).

The heat/AC unit was noisy. We turned it off for sleeping. We skipped the coffee (we were not expecting good coffee as most places make it too weak for our tastes).

Breakfast was great. Fresh fruit,cereal,eggs,,bacon,sausage,biscuits,gravy,pastries.,juice,fresh coffee. We had a King suite. It had a bedroom ,sitting room and bathroom. Refrigerator,microwave,and coffee maker were in the sitting room. Very spacious. Lots of parking. Staff was exceptional. Restaurants and shopping all around. Bentonville town square is a10 minute drive. Crystal bridge museum is close. This is a great convenient place to stay..

Trash cans outside need to be kept up with and emptied. We had high wind during our stay and trash gets blown around in the parking lot and grounds.

Comfortable beds, large room, nice pool, and pleasant breakfast room. Staff was partcularly helpful with directions to local sites and requests for items. The location was very easy to locate from the interstate. Plentiful breakfast choices: bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, eggs, juices,.

Coffee seemed to have a chlorine taste and needed to be hotter. A tv channel guide was not available in the room or at the front desk I would have appreciated clean towels daily and beds made daily. Having sheets changed every three days was fine and conserves water. I appreciate the latter.

Paula, who worked the desk was amazing! She helped my group with questions about things to do locally. Her personality is perfect for her position at the hotel. Breakfast was very good too!

At first, I would have said parking but after we discovered the back lot (which lets you cut through the outside table area) we started using it all of the time.

The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

There was a guest a couple rooms down who brought their little yip yip dog that barked at every sound all night long. I'm all for traveling with pets, but dogs that bark all night are obnoxious to other guests. I was glad I was only driving a few hours the next day.

Great location. Easy check-in. The staff was friendly. We were out of town for a ball tournament. We stayed one night. My son and I used the workout room. We enjoyed that. The pool area was nice. We loved the breakfast. There were lots of choices. The room was clean. For the most part the bed was comfortable. I slept in an indention from where the bed was worn. It was overall a nice experience.

The hotel was nice and clean. It did not stink but when we walked in you could tell they allowed pets by the smell. The workout area smelled very musty. We used the equipment anyway.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful and nice, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast had many options and hot and ready to eat.

The hotel is an older hotel and needs some refurbishing. The tub in Rm 138 appeared someone had tried to reglaze it. It had some peeling and bumpy surface.

The lady who worked in the morning was extremely pleasant, she was running the front desk and breakfast. She was doing a great job at working both as well as being friendly and keeping food stocked. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

The swimming pool and hot tub were not clean. We got a room with 2 queen size beds but the beds were full size at best. It was very difficult for sleeping arrangements.

Everything! The room was spacious with a clock containing two USB ports handily located on a small table between the beds. The television and remote worked great and the beds, bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable. Further, the bathroom was clean with ample towels and other amenities provided. Also, there was plenty of parking with large parking spaces to fit your car into and easily open your car doors. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious!

I was there for surgery at the hospital just down the road. I had to be at the hospital very early the next morning so was not able to have breakfast. Amazing hotel and staff. I will definitely stay there again if I have a need for a hotel in Bentonville.

The pool and gym were both closed when we stayed there. I would have liked to get in a little workout that evening.
