Our group had several likes to include: curb appeal, the lobby, the size of the rooms, the complimentary water in the lobby was delicious, breakfast and the variety of toppings for the waffles. Prices for the rooms were reasonable (we had 5 rooms). The proximity to our destination worked out great! The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Plenty of towels and the rooms were very clean. Beds/pillows were comfortable. The property appeared updated, staff were all friendly and responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. It was a good choice!

Although the code to one room did not initially work, the staff were apologetic and were timely in resolving the issue, would have liked an individual bedside table lamp, there were limited outlets to charge devices (non near the bed), no fridge or microwave in the queen suite and ice machine on lobby floor (we were on the 3rd floor). There was a crowd for breakfast and the serving dishes were a bit small which caused a delay in refilling.

The lobby is absolutely lovely since the remodel. The rooms are very nice and we love no carpet!!! Much cleaner

The coffee and food have gone way down hill. The coffee was sludge, the biscuits were hard as rocks, the eggs were not replenished and it was only 8 am they were like rubber. Not sure if you changed food providers or preparers but it was a horrible and we were both very sick from it

Nothing to write home about. Hotel was hidden behind a Starbucks and another a hotel chain. We were told the microtel was bought out and the name was going to be Block. Driving out of hotel to main road was terrible. People pulling in to go to Starbucks. Took 5 minutes to get on main road

Room was clean, comfortable, breakfast great, staff great.

It was a real problem not having electrical plugs or USB plugs available anywhere. Am used to traveling and having an electrical plug near head of the bed to charge phone tablets etc.

Room was clean & inviting. Disappointed with the bathroom. Very small-not enough counter space. Shower head had been worked on & the plaster & paint around it did not look good-like the work to finish it up had not been completed. But as far as the staff, breakfast- that was good & the beds & pillows were nice & comfortable.

Great value. Good location. Very clean. Comfortable rooms and beds. Staff were so KIND and AMAZING!! They’ve renovated so much already and it was stated more is being done. Since I will be returning - I cannot wait to see the progress/final results.

The walls were super thin. I could hear the tv from the room next to us.

Did not get room reserved. They said Booking.com did not send correct request. Odd because I called and spoke to someone at hotel when reservation made to confirm two different rooms for my self and family and they were correct then🤨

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, wonderful and friendly staff. The location suited us, being near to relatives we visited.

Entrance to the property was a bit confusing, since one has to turn into Starbucks but go around back to the hotel. Once we got used to it, however, it was a bonus not being on the noisy main road.

AC went out on 98 degrees day. Came up and got on quickly but suggested we leave it off when not there?? Did I say it was 98 degrees outside? Mixed up billing for the two rooms reserved and took 4 attempts to correct.

Booked according to photos of the room but apparently it wasn't what I booked. In the end they let me have the room that was on the photos. If you book a normal king room it's very small. Would be nice if the suite has some dishes. The coffee sucks.
