I actually love the location.All the bars and coffee shops so nearby The food was beautiful out of all the chippers Just all outside , literally five minute walk to everything . This stuff should be working in a 5 star hotel.They are the best stuff I have ever met Youse And the rest of the stuff 10/10

I could not shower because the shower Is very dirty All in all the place could be 4* If you would just bring in a few top cleaners.And clean out the room's properly

Location is closed to everything. The receptionist is so sweet and ready to help.

We can't sleep to much because it's so noisy from outside. They dont have elevator so you need to drag your luggage up in the stairs. No tissue and towels in the room so we need to go down in the reception and ask for it. I am not satisfied with the cleaning because there still a lot of crumbs, paper or tissue paper and clothes tag price on the floor. They forgot to wipe the bedside table. Its steaky from drinks of the previous guest.

The location of the hotel is perfect, near the train station and the city. It was hot in the room because it wasn't air-conditioned and the room didn't have a refrigerator which we already expected, so we were glad that we could ask for ice for our drinks at the end of the tiring day.

The floor felt sticky and dirty, because we noticed our white socks were so dirty. No extra towel in the toilet that you can put on the floor after taking a shower, so the floor was wet and disgusting. They didn't have anything to sweep the water away after taking a shower. We tried to ask for one extra towel, but the person at the counter answered he didn't know where they were, which we found kinda weird.

Location was great though next to a bell tower so got quite musical at the hour mark - no big deal.... Travel Hotel Amsterdam has nice staff, a lovely 24hr bar and a shop for normal supplies and a coffee shop next door. 1 minute walk to grand Central train station, location excellent!

The downside was that the window was not too big however did manage to get it open and some air flowing with help of the fan provided.

Location is smack in the centre. 5 min walk from central station. The room was small but perfect for my needs. Bed was a double when I had booked a single. Clean towels and a lovely fitted walk in shower cubicle in toilet. Totally surpassed my expectations. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Only a lift. Was on the top floor 5th. Narrow stairs but only had a backpack so was all right. Didn’t try the bar which was open 24hrs. Was at the back of the hotel which was very quiet.

The room was as described, we all loved the great welcoming attention given at the reception, the lady was very communicative, helpful and very attentive, she explained to us everything and even recommended me places to eat. We were very pleased with the location, very central and nearby to various touristic attractions and landmarks. We had a really good time in Amsterdam. All was as expected. Will definitely come back.

This place exceeded our expectations by a lot , after reading some online reviews we were a little scared . We should not of been the room we stayed in was a 10 person bunk the beds were comfy , the sheets were clean . Love the plug and lights at every bunk . The showers were hot and we just had the best time . There were 9 of us . The location is so close to everything we would stay again thank you

The fact that is was the most central place one could get, close to everything you could need, our view was towards the church so it was quite a nice extra.

There were some small things that were missing, such as the refills for the soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and stairs were fun to get used to, but these are things that can easily be overlooked when everything else is pleasant!

Perfect location, comfy beds. Was it spotless? No. However we didn’t expect it to be for the price we paid. It was ideal for our needs and would 100% recommend and will be returning

The pillows could be better. And also since we were four, I would expect four key cards, we did not ask for them but I believe it should be given!
