We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and living room/office which was fantastic in terms of space and convenience. The room and bathroom were spotless. Valet parking if you are driving in from away is a plus, and there is a T stop right out the front door that makes moving around the city simple. Good restaurants within a minute walk. The Red Sox organization was also there welcoming families and affiliates for opening day which made arrival fun despite my being there for surgery. I wanted to stay close to my doctors in Boston post surgery and this was a wonderful place to recover for a week.

Zero - loved it.

We were upgraded to a suite from a 2 queen bed room, and they provided another bed - the room was a good size and v comfortable - beds good. Location is relatively easy to get most places from including MFA and Isabella Gardner Museum, plus central eating and shopping, a 20 min walk to Boston Common and further 5 to Beacon Hill. The front desk and concierge staff were almost all unerringly welcoming, polite and helpful, as were the door staff and porters. Refillable, water flasks, coffee on tap and decent quality treats on offer a lovely touch and much appreciated!

Perhaps the reception area could be brightened up a little - and other than one slightly surly front desk person on day we left, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great location outside of downtown but so accessible by Metro/train at Kenmore station. So clean and comfortable. Dining Close by in partner Sushi restaurant or within 10min walk. Coffee complimentary and in room and foyer. Water bottles provided. Buffet breakfast options available 'grab and go'.

Breakfast was expensive for full offering. Room upgrade was offered but charged/ paid extra for this which was optional but maybe not worth extra for a family stay. Didn't use the leisure centre but believe the pool is closed in winter months.

Location. Very close to public transport and within walking distance to shops and restaurants …and Fenway Park if you like the Red Sox.

I can’t change the trends of society but the cost of accommodations is getting ridiculous. Unaffordable for middle class normal people. Everyone from Airbnbs to chain hotels …. Gouging people for the simple necessity of laying your head on a pillow. Fancy bathroom hardware … so much so we had to call to ask how to turn on the water to the bathtub. And never could get cold water. Appropriate for Boston as we felt like boiled lobster by the end of that experience!

Location was excellent for our needs(dropping child at BU). Hotel was clean, friendly, and welcoming. Loved the products provided in room (shampoo etc.) Used valet for our truck and was delighted by service and convenience. Very accommodating when needed a roll away bed for a temporary extra child staying the night.

My only complaint was the location of our room. The view was of the mechanics of the building. We backed on the elevator shaft. It was fine considering our circumstances: ie. schedule demanded we get up early and were going to bed late anyway. If you were looking for quiet to sleep in this would've been a major issue.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was ideal—perfectly close to all the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were spacious and cozy; even with two suitcases on the floor, there was still plenty of space to move around comfortably. The morning beverage selection was outstanding, offering not just sparkling water, coffee, and tea but also milk and almond milk—truly satisfying! I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

The staff was more than exceptional. From accommodating early check in to sending complimentary champagne and chocolate for my husband's birthday. Was in a perfect location and allowed many different tourist activities within just a couple/few miles.

Room was rather small. Paint on cabinets/dressers, etc. was chipping/scratched. Doors are not soft close so could hear other rooms doors slamming shut often (as I'm sure they heard ours). Was able to hear average volume talking in hallways. Overall was nice, just a few improvements (room improvements and soft close doors) would make it absolutely over the top!!

We travelled with our 1 year old. The room was perfect for this. We had a curtain separating it which meant we could put him down earlier than us going to bed. All the staff were lovely and they all kept trying to make my little boy laugh (sometimes successfully), it was so sweet. The location is also fantastic, we could literally walk everywhere, but even when we got the subway the Kenmore entrance is a minute away. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The Hotel was excellent is in a perfect location. Staff very professional and helpful. Restaurants right there were excellent very nice and delicious food. We loved the Blue Ribbon Brasserie. We were visiting college so it was a convenient location.

The only "con" is the arrival, the parking was crazy. Seems there were issues with buses so getting to the valet parking at night was total chaos. Cars parked on the second lane, the buses couldn't move, there are traffic lights on that street but there is congestion - probably because of all the buses / hotel / restaurants so it was difficult to leave the car at the valet. Either way it all worked out, just need to be patient.

The location was great. The staff was excellent. The room was nice but small and noisy, due to road traffic. The carpet looked dirty.

We requested early check-in. I called the night before check-in and was told our room would be ready at 10am. Due to traffic delays, we arrived about 10:30 am. The room was not ready. We changed our plans because we were told the room would be ready. I was charged the total $75 despite the fact that the room wasn't ready.
