Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Quite a good selection of cereals, fruit, bread, croissants and eggs for breakfast. Cheese and ham slices, honey and marmite were also provided, so it was possible to make takeaway sandwiches. Quite a good selection of light and main meals, including some vegetarian options. Hot drinks from a machine freely available. Staff were able to do some laundry for us too. Hotel was quiet and peaceful and in close proximity to a very good bus service.
Although comfortable and quite well equipped with storage space, the room was rather cramped, with most of the area taken up by a large double bed. Other than this, there was just one communal dining area - although this was spacious with some comfortable chairs. Porridge was not served for breakfast, (staff said that this was due to lack of demand).

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was more than acceptable and the continental breakfast was very good with the addition of a freshly cooked boiled egg on request. The hotel is in an ideal location for the airport but also in a good position for touring the island. We will certainly stay again when we visit the island.
We had stayed at the hotel a couple of years ago and although the hotel is clean, it is beginning to look tired and is in need of an update inside and out. The radiator beneath the window is very close to the bed, the toilet was also very noisy to flush.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The onsite food was delicious and good value, but there wasn’t a restaurant onsite as led to believe. The food was frozen from their other hotel and reheated. Still, it was very good and the choice was decent.
The hotel looked a bit older than I think it is, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. There isn’t much space in the room and there are no outlets next to the bed. The shower has a step up to get into it which was hard for me because of mobility issues. I’m also allergic to rubber/latex and the bathmat provided was rubber. There was a sign saying so, but it would’ve been better to have a non-rubber mat provided. The shower was very slippery without any mat at all. If needed, I would stay st again, but it wouldn’t be my first, or even second, choice.

Very convenient for Ronaldsway airport (and a short hop into Castletown) and it was easy to find in our hire car - it's literally over the road from the airport carpark - just follow the sign. Lovely staff who were efficient, friendly and helpful. We were put on the ground floor as I had asked, in Room 3, which had a big family-size bed. The other guests were quiet at night and pleasant people. The view from the window was stunning - I've attached a photo of the sunset. You'd never know you were next to an airport! The continental breakfast was great, with eggs, ham, cheese and fresh fruit available as well as pastries, cereal, bread and toast (and of course hot and cold drinks, jams etc). Check-in and check-out was quick and painless. Thank you to Lubi and the other receptionist/staff member.
A few minor things that it might be helpful to Maintenance to know about: The loo had water hammer that meant flushing it was a bit noisy at night. The carpet near the bed, between the bed and desk, needed a good scrub with stain remover for that stubborn patch. One window didn't close fully and needs attention. However these were very minor things though in the bigger picture, and the room and bathroom themselves were clean.

It was convenient in location. The staff were super helpful and friendly. It was clean at all times. For a basic hotel without posh bells and whistles it was brilliant. Comfortable bed (slept well all week)! You can hear the planes at times but what do you expect being next to the airport but it wasn't at all that bad. Looby and Rosemary, the two main staff on last week... your superstars!! We will be back next year...
The outside of the building was dated and needs a face lift but this didn't one bit affect the running of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome..The breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice. The room was clean and comfortable.
The bar area was basically the breakfast area which seemed very unusual. The food menu at the hotel was very basic ,with clearly microwaved options. No sandwiches on offer.I have never seen on any hotel menu an option of heinz soup with a slice of bread we had to eat out which was a shame..

Location of the hotel was good for us to drive back down to Douglas Ferry Port the following morning. The Receptionist was a very friendly person...she was helpful, very capable, very efficient and she dealt with our booking needs extremely well, despite seemingly being on duty alone. She served our evening meal too...and was there again first thing doing breakfast duty with a smile. We will happily book this hotel again when we visit IOM.
Nothing bad to say.

Excellent and very helpful friendly staff. We arrived an hour earlier than expected and although our room wasn't quite ready we were still able to check in earlier than planned. There was plenty of car parking space. Room was clean and totally acceptable. We were able to get extra milks and coffee for the room no problem. Breakfast was of a good quality and plentiful. Couldn't find fault with our stay at all
Nothing. Everything was as expected and hoped for.

Louby and the team there are lovely people and very helpful. I highly recommend the Sefton Express for any short business travel in the IOM as it's conveniently located right next to the airport. All your basic necessities are met.
The building could do with a bit of a spruce up and you could loose the bed trim cover that sits on the end of the bed, these are known not to be hygienic so better without really, but overall, nothing else to report.

The hotel was busy but rooms appeared to be well insulated with little noise trasmission from other guests. Interaction with every member of staff was excellent. The room was clean and the beds comfy. Breakfast was continental style with a lot of choice and good quality. The hotel had free parking. Location (only 100m from the airport terminal but with little aircraft noise) was an ideal base for getting around the Island. The airport is served by several Vannin buses travelling around the Island and the steam train stations are nearby. Proximity to Castletown for evening food and drink was good. Tip: if you don't have a car buy the 3 or 5 day Go Explore travel cards, and download the GPS based transport App., you then have unlimited use of the silver buses, steam railway, electric trams and Snaefell Mountain Railway.
The room was on the small size but we were only stayed 3 nights so not a massive problem. Lack of somewhere to sit out in the sunshine in the evening.
