The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and it provided all the necessary amenities. The staff members were extremely polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check-in early, and the whole process was smooth. I would highly recommend this hotel to both friends and family. I am already looking forward to my next visit. The affordability of the hotel is a major plus, and everything you might need is conveniently located nearby in case you choose not to avail of their breakfast or additional services. From shopping malls to restaurants, everything is within reach. My stay was truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the fact that you can still enjoy a luxurious hotel experience without needing a credit card. The flexibility in payment methods was a great convenience - they accept cash for incidentals and debit cards for the hotel charges. Having these options was a big plus for me.

The property was in a very good location and the room was very clean. There was free parking for the vehicles and there were lot of restaurants nearby. Even Costco is in the walking distance.

The free breakfast was not available and the service of Lyft is not available in this province. When you are staying this area maybe finds people without English. TV service settings were little tricky 😊

The location is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet with good soundproofing. (Brick walls) Probably one of the best 2 star hotels we have ever stayed at.

We stayed here in the past and were provided a small continental breakfast. That is no longer provided which was a small disappointment. The bathroom was adequate but small. Neither of which will keep us from staying here in the future.

It is a great price for what we got, it was very simple it was just a bedroom and a bathroom but it was so worth the price. It’s very close to the casino, Bars, and the centre.

Some of the outlets do not work. We had maybe 2 that worked.

The staff were very accommodating to my groups late check-in and early checkout, and were very efficient all around. the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette well stocked with dishes and all sorts of odds and ends. Plus the immediate hot water was a huge plus!

The room was clean and welcoming. The Bed was super comfy. The bus station is super close to the motel and it takes about 30min to go to the center.

The style of the room is not super modern.

Your website should be updated. There was no KFC across from motel,there was no breakfast and the pool was not available.

Everything was very good, you have great access to main part of Gatinuea and Ottawa. The only negative point is that you have provide your breakfast yourself.

Suitable for a transit motel on the way to your next destination I really love the full kitchen facilities because of our cook food preferences

You definitely require your own transport to stay here

I like that there is a small table with two chairs which made it easy for me to grab some good and eat in my room
