The excellent views; the bed and sheets very cozy and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Fast and strong wifi connection.

The dark towels looked dirty. No hot water at night unless you ask them to switch the geyser on. For some reason, they have to switch off the geyser regularly. The breakfast menu is the same but delicious. The rooms are not soundproof. We had to kill bugs every day. No back up power during loadshedding.

I loved the view from the Shore House, you get to see the dam. The breakfast was amazing honestly and the staff is always happy to help and very friendly.

The walls are thin, so we could hear the conversations of the guests in the other rooms.

The rooms did not have sound proof hence there was a lot of noise heard coming from the neighboring rooms making it difficult to rest

We were welcomed by friendly staff, Juliette who ensured that we were comfortable as soon as we arrived. We met Theresa on our 3rd morning and she too was friendly and helpful. Shore House was beautifully located next to the lake, giving us a gorgeous view of both the sunrise and sunset which we enjoyed watching from the balcony of our room. The room was spacious and fully furnished with a bar fridge and coffee nook. Rooms were cleaned daily also with fresh towels and linen. Breakfast was a filling meal and we spent money only on supper. Parking bays was a snug fit. Advisable to park in reverse.

I liked the fact that it was exactly like in the pictures. Oh my God the view! Definitely out of this world....the place was just a breath of fresh air. The staff were very friendly and always available when needed. I highly recommend the place and I will certainly go back there some other time. Overall, we had a great time....the experience was truly exceptional.

The towels in the bathroom were stained and had a foul smell.

Breakfast was great. We loved the wholesome breakfast served by the friendly staff. Loved to option to choose what you want before the morning. It was great.

I think the smaller balconies needs an umbrella or some type of cover as the sun was scorching hot so we couldn't use it. We still enjoyed the early moring sunrise.

The ladies who serve breakfast and welcomed us were us were friendly and efficient. The views are stunning, clean pool and nice breakfast.

WiFi speed is quite slow and would have been nice to have seasonal fruits included for breakfast. Please consider a small couch in the room for alternative sitting options

The place is very welcoming and beautiful well maintained the staff is very friendly and willing to help anytime And we really love the view from our room I would definitely come back and I’ve already recommended it to a lot of people after they saw the pictures and videos I took when I was there.

Nothing at all

The sun drenched comfortable room had a beautiful view overlooking the dam with a small balcony. The lounge area was magnificent.The decor was modern and tasteful. Hostesses were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice and was well presented. Extremely well kept.

Water pressure low and water could have been hotter.

We were having the time of our lives. The staff were exceptionally polite, the property has a lake view, and it was clean. We didn't want to go because everything was so amazing. We appreciate your great service and will definitely be returning.

Breakfast was an omelette; it wasn't as good as I had hoped; more research is needed to improve the taste.
