We've stayed here a few times. The location is very convenient and the apartments well appointed. Usually we appreciate the parking too (though it does add to the cost) but on this occasion we came by train. We'd booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to one with two and although we could only sleep in one, the other was useful to store bags, coats etc. It's great that unlike some apartments we've rented in the city here they provide a few basics like tea and coffee, shower gel etc.

This was the first time we've had an apartment on the street side of the block and we found it a bit noisy some nights. In future we'll ask for one at the back. We also found the heating hard to get right at first and we're much too hot at night in particular.

I've stayed at Premier Suites on previous visits to Newcastle so this was a repeat visit. The location is excellent, just five minutes walk from Central station. It's not a particularly quiet location due to the proximity of pubs and being in the city centre but we were in an apartment at the back of the building which is quieter than at the front. The apartments are always clean and well equipped and the reception staff are always super friendly.

There is currently building work going on at the location which is quite noisy and a bit intrusive.

Great central location , the staff were so helpful and friendly. I spoke to them on route as I was concerned about access if we arrived after reception closed and they reassured me about arrangements for late arrival. Well resourced kitchen and v spacious apartment.

We decided not to park in the hotel car park as access looked tight but other cars were driving in. However the NCP car park is just round the corner and we had no problems using that for our stay. Water pressure is low in the basins and shower but the bath was v good.

The staff are super friendly and so lovely to talk to and will do anything to make you feel at home and welcome. Check in is always really easy and the fact that there is secure parking is a huge plus, meaning not worrying about leaving the car untouched for a few days. Rooms are always super tidy and always have extra towels, pillows in cupboards in case need/ wanted. With the recent hot weather we've been having it was a lovely touch to walk in and find a fan was already in the room for our arrival. Cant wait to stay again.

We've stayed here before and like the location, but on our last visit we were a bit disappointed with the quality of the apartment which was a bit tired-looking and with a not very comfortable bed. This time we were in one of the refurbished apartments and liked it much better. Although there is already some wear and tear it was generally much more attractive and the bed was great. It's good that parking is available on site, although you do have to pay extra for that.

The wifi went down on our floor one day and took some time to be fixed, but the staff were really helpful in trying to find a solution as quickly as possible and the manager, Annette, even offered to go out and buy a dongle (we refused the offer but were grateful for the gesture) as well as offering an apartment change. We decided to wait till the next day to see if that proved necessary but luckily the problem was resolved by then.

The staff, Annette in particular, are amazing! The communication before and during our stay was second to none. Our apartments were simply perfect, comfortable, clean, modern, and in a great location. We did have a problem with one of them in that the boiler didn't work due to a problem on the roof but the care and compensation offered by Annette and the company was truly mind-blowing! Thank you so very much...

Nothing to not like!

Central and safe location very friendly staff.

There was woork to be done on the outside of the building which was a bit annoying. I would have ;like to know this before I made tghe booking. Only after the booking was made did we recieve an email from the companty that work is to be done and it might desturb us in the morning. Work strated at 8:30 until 5:30 which became a bit annoying. I would have booked somewhere else if this fact waas known to me before hand. Also the parking at the facility I found to be very expensive at £12 per night. This could have been less as we are paying guests / customers.

Spacious beautifully clean apartment.Very friendly and accommodating staff. Well equipped. Easy check in. Option to leave bags if leaving the city after check out time. Good central location. Nice to have two keys

Would prefer a King size double. Beds a little small. A shame work was being done on the building during our stay but we were out for most of the day so it didn’t impact too much. A few picture on the wall would make the lounge area feel more homely.

Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Free parking was appreciated and staff allowed us to park before the check-in time so we could explore a bit. Good amount of space, staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment is in a great location, there's a lot of good stuff within walking distance.

Something that confused us, some evenings we could hear what sounded like yelling, or possibly music, quite loudly through the walls. We thought it might be another guest, and tried to work out where it was coming from. Turns out, there's a church next door with very loud sermons! You'll only hear it if you're on the second floor at the end of the corridor, and it stops by 10pm, but we did spend a while trying to figure out what on earth it was.

Well-located, decently-sized apt (with lounge & kitchen/diner) - Ten minutes or so walk into the centre of the city. Friendly staff/reception. Private car-park available (at additional cost)

Unclear where parking entrance was when route-planning. (For others, basically, the Just Park location at "X99J+X2 Newcastle upon Tyne" then call reception to open gate.) Outside of the building being refurbished, hence scaffolding/builders working immediately outside the windows! Unfortunate, but did wonder if it had been considered/if there'd been an option when allocating apt - no mention made when checking in...
