Location great. Staff friendly and helpful.clean.

Nothing really. It was what we would expect for the money. Well served us for what we needed.

Within easy reach of the hustle and bustle, the hotel is in a quieter, leafy, laid back location with smaller shops and cafés. It felt a nice safe area to walk around. Our ground floor hotel room was compact but we were travelling light, so it wasn't a problem. It had everything we needed: towels, soap and shower/shampoo gel, tea and coffee, a hairdryer. The room was very clean and the mattress was firm and supportive. The 24 hour reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

The babble of voices from a nearby pub could be heard in the evening along with the distant rumble of the underground but it wasn't unpleasant and soon settled down later on.

I took my 6 year old son for 3 nights sightseeing. It was both our first time in London , I was a bit wary after reading other reviews, mainly due to some comments about the heat and noise in the rooms but decided to take a chance anyway....and I'm glad I did! The staff were very friendly,welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean (we stayed in room 12). Heat and noise were never an issue, we both slept well. As for the location...it was perfect. Easy to get to and from kings cross on foot and also close to the tube. Plenty of shops and food places on the door step and if you quite like a walk also easy to get to southbank or even the zoo,we walked to both just to take in the city. Next time we come I won't think twice,will definitely book here again and recommend others do too.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, close to the train station, metro, many bus stops. You can walk pretty to much anywhere in central London. Hotel manager was very friendly. The room was clean, I thought the interior would be much older but it was actually not the case. The room was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, perfect value for money.

I didn’t manage to open windows to air the room a bit. And would also appreciate a security lock on the door to be able to close from the inside. No complaints otherwise.

I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in, the manager very nice, friendly and professional manager EFTEE . . We felt special from the beginning to the end. So happy with our stay .. EFTEE who checked us out was very sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in London!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this hotel in cental London to everyone!!:) THANK YOU CLUB EFTEE

The location was perfect. The 24hr reception was a plus. The staff was nice. They put clean towels everyday, plus tea and coffee. The room was tiny but cozy and had a nice view. The bed was comfortable. We booked by chance because we had a problem with our original booking in another place and I must say we were delighted. The price was ok. Next time i'm in London I hope to stay there.

The 24hr desk staffed by friendly staff. The room was clean and big enough, bed comfortable with good shower. USB ports by bed. Location was walking distance from Kings Cross station, with lots of bars and restaurants around.

The communal spaces were tardy. Staircase narrow so a struggle to carry suitcase, and no lift. No breakfast facilities. However for one night stop over the price is cheap for London.

The location of the accommodation was definitely its best feature. It was super convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city and reach the main attractions without any hassle. The room was small but cozy and functional. The staff was very friendly.

The only downside was the noise from outside and other guests.

The hotel's location is accessible to 3 train stations. So strolling the city is not a problem. The room is not what we expected it to be but it was fine and good. Cleanliness is well and good. Our room was not cleaned for the first 2days but later on it was being cleaned until the last day of our stay.

The hotel does not serve breakfast. Being a 3 star hotel, a breakfast should be served at least. No free water bottle which in most cases should be a part of the amenities.

The receptionist (Efty) went out of his way to make sure that all our needs were met. He also kept our luggage safe while we went on sightseeing before we could book in! Room was neat and tidy!

At first we struggled to find the hotel! After we discovered that it was just down the road of Russell Square Underground, the location was perfect!
