Great location for us as we were catching the ferry to the UK early the next morning. Great food at the Croft restaurant

Consistant with other Hotels we stayed at, there is no fridge in the room, more milk for coffee would be good and maybe a complimentary snack like biscuits to have with coffee

I gave 10 to the hotel to balance some very bed reviews that this hotel got, that are not deserved in our experience. For example, I knew there was a leisure center but I thought it was a fake: something external to the hotel and not really freely accessible to guests. Instead, it is inside the hotel, completely for free (put your swimming cap in the trolley, otherwise you have to buy one for 3 euros - that is the only cost we faced), and very nice. The staff was also super nice: breakfast was not included, but my husband and I had to have breakfast inside the hotel once, since we had to rush away early in the morning. We were ready to pay 17.5 euros each, but since the waiter saw that we just had a coffee and a small piece of cake, she charged us 3.5 euros each, only! All the other days we went to the CENTRA supermarket (5 meters far) to by some croissants and yogurt, and we had very nice breakfasts in the room, spending just a few euros each.

The position is ok and there are many buses going to the center in 25 minutes, but you are not in the center. The two restaurants connected with the hotel close at 9PM, which is a problem if your plane arrives late in the night and you are tired...

Really great hotel especially for the price! Staff were friendly and helpful as well as the staff in the restaurants. It is directly on a bus route so getting to/from the airport and to Dublin Centre was easy and did not take long no matter the time. The room itself was really good. The bed was very comfortable but my god it was enormous! The tv had a selection of streaming services as well as regular channels such as RTE and TG4. The shower is also something to talk about because it basically has two modes: power wash or lizard tank. In power wash mode the water is so powerful it will knock over all your toiletries, you will come out looking like a lobster, and you will spend time feeling like Teresa Mannion in the “Don’t make unnecessary journeys” video. Lizard mode is the complete opposite. It is a cool mist. If you play rainforest sounds you too can envision yourself was a reptile at the Dublin Zoo as you stand in your glass enclosure absorbing water through osmosis! Other big bonus for me with this hotel was the ability to have the culinary genius of Mad Egg delivered directly to me! I recommend to everyone the Honeybaby burger, tator tots, and honey butter sauce. This meal is so delicious you will be counting down the days until you go to Dublin next just so you can have this delectable sandwich! I have 16 weeks, 4 days, 8 hours, 20 minutes, and 58 seconds left. Anywho, hotel is really great. I recommend.

I did not expect to be dropped off at the Dublin City Mortuary every night.

+ Gorgeous hotel + Very nice and helpful staff + I asked to heat up our food that we bought in the supermarket and the guy from the bar kindly helped me with this issue, even provided plates, people and knives + Cattle, tea and coffee in the room + Nice area with 1-2 storey houses nearby + Milo's cafe 10 minutes walk away is great with very tasty food + No noise at night from the outside + Large bed + Free Netflix on TV + Bath and shower + Nice atmosphere + Perfect Wi-Fi + Soft and warm blanket + Cool chair to sit in + Perfect light control

- a bit cold because of the weather, but with the air conditioning it gets better - soundproofing of the bed, you could hear the neighbors talking - Price! € Although we choose the best price-quality option, it is still expensive (as every other option in Dublin)

The location is quiet and very convenient for the City centre, a trip to Howth or the local shopping centre/cinema. It is around a 25 .in bus ride into the City centre with a number of routes passing close by. The pool is nice and relaxing and never seemed too busy. Sauna and steam room were busy. Staff were very friendly. I arrived early and they very kindly sorted out my room with no fuss. Rooms are a good size, plenty of space in ours, lots of sockets and USB outlets. There is a supermarket and a couple of places to eat and drink very locally and the Airport is 20mins away again by bus.

The common areas (corridoors) need a bit of an update, lifts need an update, we were on the 2nd floor so walked everytime. The lift serving the pool did not sound healthy Not the Hotels fault but some guests needed a lesson on being a quieter at 3am in the morning so as not to wake everyone up. Water pressure is good but too powerful for the shower screen. No Vegan options for food on the menu which needs addressing. It might be me but the food and drink prices are way too high.

This fancy hotel offered several positives that made our stay enjoyable. A convenient parking space was available, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The restaurant service was excellent, offering delicious meals and attentive staff. The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night, and we appreciated the thoughtful addition of coffee and tea in the room for a cozy start to the day.

There were a few minor drawbacks that are not worth mentioning, but since I need to type something in this space, here it goes. Surprisingly, there was no outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom, which is quite unusual and inconvenient. Additionally, we were charged slightly more than the price displayed on the booking site, which was disappointing and could have been better handled.

We had an excellent stay! We're extremely pleased ❤️ The wheelchair accessible room had everything we needed. Lowered sink in the bathroom, shower chair and safety rails around the toilet. Shower pressure was excellent!Heated towel rack was a nice surprise. Room was on a ground floor, and a good size for a wheelchair acces. Bed was very big and comfortable, room was clean and warm. Having tea and coffee facilities in the room was also nice. During our stay we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant was welcoming and friendly. We loved it and we hope to stay again. ❤️

Fun swimming pool for the kids, great location by the prison and the old hospital gardens… Super comfortable pillows. What a treat most of the pillows we experienced all week were flat and hard like cardboard, so that was really a special treat for me.

The rooms were quite expensive and I had to pay an additional $15 for parking even though we are officially traveling with a wheelchair and need handicapped access to everything. The elevators were big enough for the wheelchair though, and that was a relief after so many small hotels all over Ireland. The restaurant was quite good and the front desk were absolutely wonderful sweethearts, totally loved them!

arrived with my 11 year old son at midday after an early flight from London. we were prepared to drop off bags and head out but we were both pretty tired after a long and busy weekend. I knew check in would be mid afternoon but asked the amazingly lovely receptionist (didn't catch her name) if there was any way we could get into our room a bit early. She said if we could wait half an hour she would know the situation from housekeeping. we had a drink and a snack in the bistro (great service again), then were delighted to get our room early so we could drop bags, freshen up and head into Dublin. room was spotless, beds were super comfy, all of your staff were welcoming, smiling and helpful. sadly didn't make it to the spa and pool (one of the reasons I had booked was a surprise for Tommy who loves swimming and has never stayed in a hotel with a pool but he was a bit under the weather) but we had a lovely meal in the pizza place next door which I assume is owned or franchised by yourselves. again, great service, fantastic food, good value for money. I was very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. thank you so much!

I have worked in hospitality my whole life. for the price and requirements I can't think of a single thing to be perfectly honest. keep doing what you do, if I am ever back in Dublin you will be my first choice. please thank the lovely receptionist who checked us in, the welcome to a place is everything!!!

Very nice spacious room with a large bed, chairs and air conditioning. Breakfast was very good, as were meals in either the restaurant or bar. Parking is free. There are nearby bus stops for easy commuting into the centre of Dublin; the shop next door can help with bus cards and paying M50 road tolls.

Parking can be a bit of a problem, especially if you are arriving later in the afternoon or evening. If you are a blue badge holder there are spaces by the hotel main entrance, but they are poorly marked and non blue badge holders park there so spaces may not be available.
