The Jivana staff were exceptional! Suzi, Mila and Aji were extremely accommodating and created a truly memorable experience for our family! Nothing was ever too difficult to cater to our large group. The quality of the food was fantastic! We loved the fresh breakfasts, coffee, juices, smoothies and poolside happy hour cocktails with Suzi. The property is a lush tropical sanctuary located in walking distance to Kuta Lombok town and beach. We ate out mostly at the local restaurants for dinner. The staff gave us some great recommendations. The roaming turtles, guinea fowl and coy fish added to the tropical backdrop. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable which are serviced daily. The room service was great too. We loved the outdoor bathrooms! I would highly recommend this resort to families and couples for a relaxing getaway!

We couldn't fault the property! The only disappointment was not being able to swim at the beach in Kuta Lombok as its polluted and littered with plastics and rubbish. It would be such an improvement if the locals maintained the beaches.

The staff speaks excellent English and offers plenty of useful tips and recommendations. • We stayed in a private villa, which was stunning and offered great value for money. • The breakfast options were fantastic, with plenty of variety. • The location is ideal—just a five-minute walk from the main street, where you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants.

The room lacked sufficient sound insulation, so we could hear prayers, noises from neighboring rooms, roosters, and other sounds. However, the hotel provided high-quality earplugs, which effectively solved the issue.

This place is unbelievable and probably the nicest place we have ever stayed at! Dedi, Dewi, Julie and the rest of the staff are so kind and friendly and made our stay perfect! When you walk in it feels like an oasis, we were lucky to meet Steve the owner who was super friendly and clearly has a love for animals especially for his dog, the amazing koi fish, the turtles and the tortoises that wander around the grounds. The rooms are huge and clean and come with everything you need and big comfortable beds. As well as easy access to the beautiful pool with a mini beach. The hotel also has a restaurant that does incredible breakfasts as well as great lunch and dinners and we had the best rendangs we've had in Indonesia. We loved it so much that we have decided to come back next week!

Nothing, its amazing.

The resort is truly beautiful. When we arrived at the reception and saw the view of the beautifully landscaped resort for the first time, everything was thoughtfully designed – turtles roam freely, birds, and large, beautiful fish swim in the pool – you get the feeling that this is truly paradise on earth. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and pleasant to stay in. The breakfasts are exceptionally tasty and quickly prepared. The selection is really large, and whatever you choose, you're always satisfied. On the last day, they made a nice gesture and gave us a packed meal for the road. The staff at the resort are genuinely friendly and cheerful. Every day, they make you feel welcome; they are very attentive and always smiling, giving you a sense of home. The location is also great; it's set a bit back in a side street, providing enough peace, yet still close enough to walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops. We will definitely return to Jivana resort next time we are visiting Lombok!

One bed villa was fantastic, great size cold fridge is a huge bonus, beautiful setting with private pool. The main pool was lovely with a swim up bar. Restaurant was very good and breakfast fantastic. The grounds were superb with animals and giant Koi and we even had a monkey stroll by at breakfast. The best thing though was the amazing friendly staff with their beautiful smiles and always ready to assist, amazing. Would highly recommend and will return next visit. The early call to prayer was not an issue for us. The image is a view from breakfast area.

The sun loungers in the villa were a bit uncomfortable due to the shape but I am sure if I said something they would have changed them but wasn't a problem.

The room was spacious and bed was sooo comfy. The pool is huge and is so relaxing to hang by. The staff were incredible and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it every morning. The location is prime in kuta. We surfed a lot of different spots surrounding the area so being able to hire scooters directly from the hotel was perfect.

The only negative comment I'd have is that they don't use any alternative milks (soy milk, almond milk or oat milk) and as someone who is lactose free I would have loved that option for my morning coffee

WE LOVE JIVANA!!!! Everything is amazing! The accommodation is so beautiful. The beds soooo comfy! Great pillows! Gorgeous rooms and loved the indoor/outdoor bathroom. The facilities and grounds are immaculate. The tortoises and fish were a huge hit with our kids. We loved spending time by the pool and at the pool bar! Breakfast is sooo delicious and very large servings. Massages are a MUST! Best wev had in Indonesia!! Location is perfect, short walk to the main street of kuta for restarants and bars. What made our stay the best of all is the beautiful staff! Everyone is soooo lovely! We felt so welcome here. Thankyou so much jivana crew we love you and can't wait to see you again next year!

Nothing everything was perfect!

- Feels like a paradise with the pool and the small water ponds in front of every room - In walking distance to the Main Street in Kuta with all restaurants, but far enough to hear only little noise - Excellent service of all personell (reception, breakfast, cleaning) - Large and very clean rooms with very comfortable beds - Huge bathrooms with outdoor shower - Delicious breakfast with many options - Yoga classes at the hotel site for a fair price - Great massages available for good prices (especially compared to other hotels on Lombok or Bali) - Option to rent different scooters to explore the beaches around Kuta (relevant as Grab doesn’t work well)

- Minor point: the toilet lid doesn’t fit to the rest of the hotel - needs a replacement

Everything about this resort was absolutely incredible! We loved every single minute of staying here and we wish we could’ve stay here for longer. The service and staff were so so lovely and kind, the villa was amazing and very clean. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, and the beautiful surroundings of the resort made it such a lovely place to relax. The tortoises were such a nice addition to the resort. Also, the Balinese massage was the best massage I have ever had. This place was truly a delight to stay at and we would definetly recommend anyone visiting Lombok to stay here. 10/10!!!!!!!! (If I could, I would rate it higher than a 10)

Nothing, it was perfection

Jivana is a tranquil hidden oasis. It feels like another world yet somehow within a few mins walk of kuta high street. Hands down the best place we have stayed on our trip.. all the staff, the food, the villa, the pool, the grounds were all AMAZING. Just book it if your staying in kuta, you won't regret.

There is nothing to dislike about Jivana..its perfect. Kuta is noisy into the early hours (music in town) and people burn plastic over night - this is all by other people outside Jivanas gates.. every accomadation has to contend with this. I suspect given Jivanas location it is less susceptible to this than accomadation on the high street.
