Marta and her team take immaculate care of their beautiful property! With only 7 villas and bungalows the place is never overcrowded, the pool is always clean and our every wish was granted! Marta hooked us up with everything we needed and my partner is (two weeks later) still talking about the banana pancake he had every morning for breakfast that he’s been unable to find anywhere like it again! Comfy huge beds, strong AC and great location - we can’t wait to come back to Marta’s Windows! PS there are two amazing places for daily yoga close by: one overlooking the bay on top of the hill and one 5min walking up the road.

We loved our bungalow, we were travelling with SUP boards so it was great to have the area downstairs to store them. We hired scooters with board racks from the staff, they were quick to organise and perfect once we got them. Breakfast was delicious. We met Marta every morning and she was so helpful giving advice for surf, waterfalls and further travel on to the Gili islands, thank you Marta 🙏 Location was perfect, just a short walk to the main st, great restaurants, The Hut was our favourite especially the chicken curry. And just across the road, Curfew brewing up good coffee ☕️

We had the most amazing stay at Marta’s windows while we were in Lombok. We stayed for 7 nights with our 10 month old baby. There was a cot set up with everything we needed when we checked in. Pool toys and a sand pit for our little girl to enjoy. She loved it. There are 7 rooms at the property, great size, clean and comfortable. There is enough room to relax privately or great communal areas to interact with other guests if you like. This accomodation would be suitable for families, couples or singles. We saw all walks of life and it was lovely getting to know other people’s stories. The location is amazing. 2 min walk to the main street where there are endless options of restaurants and shopping. It was impressive watching Marta speak German, Spanish, English and Bahasa in the space of 5 mins. She is an excellent host and human. Marta and her staff go above and beyond for their guests in every way. Marta organised scooter hire, visas and transfer for us. We saw her every morning for a friendly chat and she was always contactable via what’s app. Her staff are friendly and very accommodating. Tony, Ramdam, Jack and Hery always made sure we had everything we needed. Always working hard whether it’s serving breakfast, cleaning our room thoroughly or working behind the bar. We always felt looked after and in the company of good people. It’s amazing how quickly this place felt like home and how sad we were to leave. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and cannot wait to come back. Thanks for making our time in Lombok unforgettable, Marta.

From the first step into the entrance you feel the sudden wave of a relaxing oasis. The authentic but yet minimalist style of the architecture. The owner Marta and her staff has gone over and beyond to make our 8 nights stay there feel like home. The hospitality and thoughtfulness that was put into this lovely hotel is personalised to cater to your liking. Marta has ever been so kind to help organise day trips for us. My kids absolutely loved the pool especially. Not big but just the right size. Imagine waking up and being able to dip into the pool within 10 steps. Having nice fresh fruits for breakfast and Lombok coffee and fresh fruit juice by the pool. We hardly left because there really wasn’t a need to except for getting our steps in but other than that, we’ve never felt so relaxed on a holiday before that we never want to leave. Thanks to Marta and all the wonderful staff for making our stay such a memorable one. We will be back for sure!

Perfection at its best, nothing to fault.

Marta's Windows is an absolute gem! The amenities are exceptional and meticulously thought out, ensuring every stay is incredibly comfortable. The cleaning is fantastic. The location is unbeatable: very quiet, yet within walking distance to the center. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond make for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a standout stay! We left Marta Windows a few days ago, and we just want to say a huge thank you to the team and Marta for making our stay in Lombok incredible! To begin with, thank you Marta for being there and for guiding us so well. Thanks also to Odek, who allowed us to discover more of this beautiful island! I lived in Bali for two years and had never been to Lombok before… I regret not coming sooner... And then I wanted to give feedback on the wonderful team in Marta Windows ! We were received so warmly and kindly that we felt a huge pang in our hearts when we left... ⭐️⭐️ Special mention to Tony, Harry, and Reni (the others were great too, but we saw them less). ⭐️⭐️ The place, the localisation, the breakfast, the bed, wifi, swimming pool all was perfect ! We will definitely return to Marta Windows next time and will recommend it to anyone going in Lombok !

We picked Matas Windows last minute after wanting to change location and booked for 2 nights due to the excellent feedback comments, which I must say, weren't exaggerated. less than 5 mins into main street, but away from all the noise. accommodation is perfect. This is 5 star accommodation at 3 star price! from the spotless rooms and common areas to the facilities provided, even down to earplugs and mosquito wipes if needed. we tried to extend our stay by another 7 nights with Marta, who is onsite to greet all guests, but unsurprisingly there was no availability. great breakfast included too.

there is nothing to dislike

The rooms were beautifully designed, the decor was modern, super clean and comfortable. The staff are relaxed and friendly, it has a lovely feel and small pool, the breakfast was outstanding, so much food. Great Wifi. Easy to walk to the main street, would have been better if they provided push bikes to explore the surrounding area and beaches.

There wasn't too much space for common area's eg swimming pool, relaxing, eating / dinning. As the communal seating space was small and compact, in the evenings the sound of people talking was loud (hence the ear plugs they provide)

We loved it just as it is: the room is clean and decorated nicely, with different facilities such as airco, cooker, fridge and many small details. Lovely garden and pool. Great breakfast with a lot of choice which was brought with a big smile every day. The location is perfect: very close to the main road, though hidden and away from the centre noises. Host Marta is your walking encyclopedy and guides you whenever needed. Nearby there are beautiful beaches. The kindness and alertness of the staff gives this place a special topping.

Wonderful little hide away next to the busy area in Kuta. Would definitely come again and recommend it highly for other travellers! I especially enjoyed the spacious, well cleaned and with many little details equipped room, the lovely little garden and pool (even though it was raining when I stayed there and I didn't use it), the simple, but delicious breakfast. Thanks for having me! Wifi worked well, loved as well having a torch in the room and an umbrella for the dark, wet moment I stayed in Kuta Lombok :)
