I had the pleasure of staying at Naia Boutique Hotel in Kuta, Lombok, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. If you want to be left alone, the will read the room), and it shows in every interaction. From arranging transportation to recommending local attractions, they went out of their way to make my stay truly special. In conclusion, Naia Boutique Hotel in Lombok is a hidden gem that exceeded my expectations in every way. With its beautiful rooms, delicious food, and outstanding service, it’s the perfect choice. I didn`t like the Pizza Shack courier racing down the road with his extremely loud motorbike.

We've had a fantastic stay at Naia. The staff was absolutely incredible! They were all so friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every night, they would play games with the guests, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that they genuinely loved interacting with everyone. The attention to detail was impeccable, and we felt truly cared for during our stay. Highly recommend.

The hotel is on the main street (hence the great location) and next to the mosque. Didn't bother us as Naia kindly provided earplugs, but if you are looking for a quiet getaway, this won't be the right hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Kuta. Great space to relax and unwind. The rooms are really comfortable. The staff elevate this hotel from a 10/10 to THE BEST IN KUTA - they are the friendliest, kindest and most welcoming crew. We had so many laughs playing games with Hendri and Adi and had delicious breakfasts prepared by Sugi, Isa and Agus. I doubt you’ll find a more welcoming group of people anywhere in Kuta!

Very well located place, with nice and cozy furniture and decoration, a good sized pool and a relaxing and positive atmosphere. Also, it is VERY clean and smells sooo good ! Every staff member is beyond amazing, very nice, welcoming, helpful and treat you with so much care. Always greetings you with smile and being so positive ! If you ever need something, ask any of them and you will get help. I came the day of my birthday and they surprised me with the best room decoration and a dessert with a candle to blow. They even sang my happy birthday song ! The breakfast menu is delicious ! I agree with other reviews about the banana pancake : a must try !

We had an amazing stay at Naia, the staff is really friendly. From day 1, everyone knew our names, by day 2 we knew pretty much all of the staff and by day 3 we knew pretty much all of the guests. They always greet you and ask how you are doing to the point where it can even be a bit much. But if you embrace it, it truly is unlikely anything you will experience at any other hotel. I would go as far as saying that, akin to a tour of Tetebatu or a sunset at Merese Hill, a stay at Naia is just something you should experience when you come to Lombok.

There are only minor things that others have mentioned. However, the staff truly go out of their way to alleviate any inconveniences. It's not the Four Seasons but the people made it feel that way.

Amazing staff! Always very nice with our group. The location is excellent, right in the main road. Good breakfast and many options to choose from. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast area is very nice and it has some sofas and a TV. We also loved the place's architecture.

My room had damaged sliding doors which did not close all the way (there was always some space between the doors and the walls), so the prayers from the mosque, which is right next to the property, were terrible at 4:30h and woke us up every night, despite us using ear plugs. This is truly the only downside, but affects those who do not sleep like a rock. This is something the hotel cannot control, but they could try to isolate better the walls and doors, as that would surely help.

No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.

Should maybe have stayed longer

Located in the vibrant Kuta. A lot of good restaurants. Super friendly staff. They really help you out and are there for you. They have different tours you can book. In general a really cozy and nice looking hotel. They have some nights live music, you can order pizza from Mama pizza and they bring it to Naia hotel. Perfect.

Not a thing. Good atmosphere. Although next to a mosk they supply earplugs. And you are on Lombok, part of the culture right. Rooms are not big, but cozy and nice comfortable beds and really nice for a few days to stay. We stayed 4 nights and didn't regret it.

I recently stayed at Naia Hotel Kuta Lombok for two nights, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. It's clear that they work hard behind the scenes to create a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed and conveniently located next to Mama Pizza, where you can enjoy delicious meals and order directly into the hotel’s courtyard. The addition of live music nights makes for a lively and enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend Naia Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

I came as a stranger, left like a close friend. My dearest Naia family, thank you so much for all the care, kindness and excellent hospitality. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the very end. Marlisa and her local team were the best hosts ever, especially for a solo traveller like me. They were on top of things all the time, caring and personalizing each individual need (even if I didn’t need much, just good vibes!). Well, I did need though some aloe vera to heal from my sun burns lol. Which it was very thoughtful of them to have it handy. I extended my stay immediately on day one, thanks for making it so easy for me. Marlisa and her team were amazing to organize a couple of tours and transfers. I really enjoyed the villages and the waterfall tour, as well as the snorkeling one! The vibes are amazing, 3 times a week you have live concerts from local artists. Otherwise, you play games with the staff and need nothing more. Marlisa has built a beautiful and personal relationship with each of the staff, treating them with respect and high ethics. I witnessed a dedicated team, functioning so well together and taking care of each other too. Very clean rooms and common spaces, smelling fresh and with daily room make up. Way above the island stands! Excellent breakfast. Central location and well connected. If you don’t want to go far, you can have beers, food or refreshments just relaxing by the pool or the terrace. All in all, excellent stay, feeling welcome at every step. Thanks so much for everything. You ALL will be forever in my heart (not naming individual names, because each one of you are so special and gave the best energy). <3
