I love the ambiance and decor of the room. Our fridge was filled with refreshments and snacks. The toiletries made by them in the shower was a bonus that we didn't expect. We ended up buying a few of the shower gels, shampoo, and lotion to bring back home. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff, especially Shungi, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were unable to eat our breakfast the next morning because we had an early ferry to catch. Shungi made sure to get the staff to pack a light breakfast for us to take to the ferry station the following morning. The food and their bakery was incredible! We look forward to returning to Athens just to stay at the Ergon Bakehouse!

I almost didn't want to write a review in order to keep this little hidden gem a secret! This brand new hotel did not disappoint. It hits the mark on so many levels, great rooms, amazing smell of cinnamon waking us every morning, friendly staff, awesome food and eco-friendly products and approach. The food was incredible - breakfast included and loved it so much that we ate dinner in the restaurant a few times also! Location is excellent - in the heart of everything and easy to reach. Good air conditioning in the rooms.

I have given a 9/10 because the street facing rooms are a little noisy. Unfortunately, the hotel was full and we couldn't change rooms, but the staff gave us earplugs which worked well. They are opening a roof top bar (will be great once it opens) and the construction work also contributed a bit to the noise. All of these are short-term issues and can easily be fixed.

Location is amazing. the food, the smell of bakery everyday. The coffee, the room was so clean and nice. I love the gifts they gave us. Also the staff so friendly and make everything easy on us. My room was on good view i enjoyed the balcony so much (204) … i love their old style elevator in the building so unique, together with the modern one. Everything in the hotel was taking care of. I love the concept and the decor. Am addicted to their bakery and coffee!

The room does not have noise isolation. At night It was hard to sleep.

The breakfast and staff were awesome. No buffet, you just order from the bakery menu and as I had to leave before breakfast on my second day, They even organised a breakfast box, so I had something to eat on the airport.

It's an old building in the city centre, so there is some noise from the streets. But I would expect this in almost any hotel in the city centre (no experience though). Earplugs are provided, so they are considerate of the fact and it did not bother me that much.

The location is centrally located close to restaurants, shops and public transportations. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and back without problems. We had an early flight the following morning and was not able to stay for breakfast, but the staff was kind enough to pack us a lovely breakfast to-go.

The rooftop restaurant/bar on the fifth floor was a bit noisy while we trying to sleep. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we could hear people talking/laughing

This is a lovely hotel, in a fab area of Athens - being above a functioning bakery you have the added bonus of waking up to the smells of fresh baking.....Breakfast is included, and the choice and quality of food is outstanding. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us great tips of places to eat and things to see. Felt so welcomed that is was sad to say goodbye. We loved our stay here

Loved it for its character and boutique nature. Room was lovely, as was the bathroom. The ground floor eatery where we enjoyed breakfast was great. Staff were really good, especially Maria at reception.

Some plates/cutlery in the room would have been handy. Also, when you switched the lights on in the room, virtually all lights came on meaning you couldn’t separate the lights. It did have subtle stand alone bed lighting.

I liked the intimacy, loved the very kind and comforting service, and enjoyed the wonderfully curated ensemble of products and design. Beautiful eatery, delicious foods, phantastic athmosphere, also in their rooftop restaurant.

My room was quite noisy, at the stairs but mainly because the ac-system was located right in front of the window, which was merely sound nor air proof. But other than that fabulous!

My partner and I stayed at Ergon Bakehouse Athens for one night and we had such a positive experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The gift on arrival was such a lovely touch. The room was clean, tidy and we absolutely loved the shower products. Breakfast was also very delicious. Highly recommend!

This Hotel is fabulous, the staff especially Bill at reception was friendly, welcoming, couldn’t, do enough for us. The location was perfect to wander the city and the bakery was exceptional. We the Ergon Bakehouse as a must stay when in Atherns
