This place was AMAZING! The rooms were HUGE, and very very clean. The bathroom was also big, and sparkling clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Linen and towels were also in fabulous condition. The location provided good access to "Samsara living museum", "Taman Ujung Water Palace", "Virgin beach" and also the neary Padang Bai port. The staff were so lovely and kind. They helped to book a scooter, a taxi when we were running late to the port. Most importantly, they were happy to hold onto our larger suitcases for 3 days when we travelled to the Gilli Islands, for a very small and reasonable fee. Breakfast was tasty and decent sized. Pool was also lovely. They also had a large shared terrace, accessible from the room. Plenty of powerpoints. Big wardrobe provided. Excellent Wifi and Aircon. Shower had hot water and great pressure too! Short walk from eateries and shops.

Absolutely loved my stay! Clean rooms, a great location, and super friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic with an amazing view. There was nothing to complain about, and I was very happy with the experience. Definitely will be back again. Book it, no doubts!

location was less than 10 mins walk from the most stunning beach. pool was a good size with plenlty of sunloungers. beds were really comfy and our rooms had lovely balconies. it seems lots of people stay here only to get the ferry the next day, but we loved our stay here and how quiet it was, and would recommend staying a few nights if you're wanting to get away from the busier areas of bali. Also some lovely local warungs.

there isn't to do around but nice for a chilled couple of days.

A fantastic location/stay for those backpacking! With a lovely 10 min walk the pandangbai. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the facilities were great. We were upstairs and had a balcony which was really lovely. The room was very clean and bed very comfy. Staff were so lovely and breakfast was scrumptious! We had banana and honey pancakes! The pool looked lovely although we didn’t manage a dip! Great stay!

Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the port. There was a lovely restaurant five minutes walk away. The host Kadek was easy to contact, came to greet me and arranged my boat ticket and gave me a ride to the port. The room was clean and with ac, soap and towels. Breakfast was eggs or pancakes and was enjoyable. There was a pool but I didn’t have time to use it. I liked that there was a veranda to sit on outside the room.

Nothing, it was perfect for one night.

• hard to walk to the port & Restaurant. ( When I went to the hotel by foot, a dog was barking and tried to bite my leg, and I was lucky that the dog's owner stopped him.) ( too dark the road at night time)

Well, the staff went to great lengths to take me and my friend to the boat in the morning. Moreover, they guarded my luggage for a day and also picked us up from the boat after returning from a trip to Gili. On top of that, the room was incredibly cheap. I think I tipped the staff more than the total costs of the room, but they deserved this. I totally recommend this place for travelers to Gili who would like to comfortably and affordably spend a night close to the boats before or after their trip.

The room and shower were very basic. But considering the price this shouldn't be regarded a viable complaint.

Convenient location - close to the port to go to Gili Islands. People from hotel took us with scooters to the port (grateful for that). Simple, but delicious breakfast. We literally just spent a night there (came in late, left early), all was good for that.

I asked to help with a fast boat booking, we paid 300k and were suggested to pay round trip. I refused, and on Gili island for the return ticket we paid 250k. So, I am not sure where the difference comes from, but it didn't leave a good feeling inside ;) So, just saying. Nothing to do with the place per se, but still is connected to people working there.

Quiet at night, out of the way but a short walk into town. The staff were really helpful and organised a transfer from the airport. The driver waited for us after we checked in and drove us to a restaurant because it was close to closing time and we were hungry after a very long journey.
