The best location in Padangbai. Outside the busy and not so clean Padangbai. The taxi service is really outstanding, they will bring and pick-up you everywhere around Padangbai. The views from the village are really beatiful, not only the sea but also mount agung.

There are insects everywhere because the rooms are very open. Also, there is not airconditioning in every room.

Everything! Great restaurant with daily breakfast specials. Lovely, friendly, attentive service everywhere we went. Loved the spa.......a lot! Every treatment was perfect. An educational walk around the organic garden where a lot of the produce is used in the restaurant. We were given some gorgeous limes for our evening gin & tonic. Thanks Pak. The private cooking class with a chef from the restaurant - awesome and so much fun. The villa was beautiful and the view stunning! We had everything we could possibly need. Spotlessly clean. Did I mention the wonderful staff?

The only negative was that the yoga shala was being built during our stay. This was very noisy, but we couldn't hear anything from our villa.

Wonderful and special place. Originally we stayed for 2 nights before going to Gili but we returned for another 2 nights in a different villa, because we enjoyed it so much. All villas are different and beautiful, very close to nature ( yes, there were caterpillars and gekkos as well). Both villas we stayed had a large deck with furniture and beautiful view. The restaurant had a wonderful view, the breakfast was great. The transfer service to Padang Bai and to the beaches was great. Bloo Lagune was a great snorkling place, we even saw turtle. The staff is very nice. We joined the joga class - it was also wonderful.

We loved every moment of our stay at the Bloo Lagoon. From fabulous yoga classes in the morning to arranged snorkeling expeditions we never wanted to leave. The restaurant was wonderful. What a view!! Food was very delicious. Our last night we did a cooking class and had such a great time and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The chef was super. We cannot forget the amazing massages we had given by Eka and Komang. These women were highly skilled massage therapists. Finally we would like to say every person who worked at Bloo Lagoon who we encountered were so kind helpful and very professional. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!!!

The layout of the resort with sea views was exceptional. There were free yoga lessons every morning at 7:30 followed by a buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Bloo Lagoon also has it’s own vegetable gardens and a good sustainability policy. There was a free shuttle at request if you needed a lift to anywhere in the area. The reception also offered excursions and snorkeling trips which we enjoyed. The massages and room service were also good.

Admittedly the bed in our villa was quite hard and took a bit to get used to. Everything else was perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer.

-Outdoor kitchen gas plates for heating up kettle was really slow -Problems with the safe lock system many times, location for safe on the floor is also a little uncomfortable since u have to be on your hands and knees.to manouver with the lock. -One bed was very comfortable but other quite hard There should also be some more info on what to do if there is an earthquake. During our stay there was an earthquake in Bali and we also felt a little shaking in our villa at Bloo Lagoon Resort. I guess these are common in the area and personnell didn't resact much. For tourists it would be good to know that this id common and one shouldn't maybe be too worried?! and what to do if it happens again.

Stunning 360 views of the Bay and the area, Amazing Poolside area (while there is a quiet time, the pool itself remains heated and open for that tranquil swim under the stars). The views from the villa was amazing, Well decorated, modern and stunning. Fantastic amenities including free yoga in the morning (beautiful yoga area with backdrop of views). Food was amazing, we had dinner and drinks in the evening and breakfast. (The breakfast was included and was delicious with a buffet of options). The free shuttle was very useful as the property is located on top of the hill, this allows you to explore the town and then catch the free shuttle to the ferry in the morning if you are heading to Gili T or Gili air that day.

Wasn't a long enough stay, Would have loved to stay longer. Standard tricks with eftpos "not working". (it was working, so didn't pay cash).

Breakfast was buffet style in the restaurant with lovely sea views and a ocean breeze Staff are all lovely and the spa is great they really look after you well It’s a great place to relax and decompress The villas are all unique and have individual character

We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed it we ate at the hotel restaurant every night we did love the food but it might of been nice to have a bit more variety in the even as the menu doesn’t change or maybe some daily specials Some of the villas are looking a bit tatty and rough around the edges and need refurbished in some areas

We had the most amazing time at Bloo, we wish we had booked to stay longer. Our villa was beautiful, clean and with an ocean and sunrise view. The staff were all super friendly and helpful if we ever needed anything. It feels like a sanctuary walking through the winding landscaped paths and gardens. The pool are was lovely, relaxed and the slide an extra bonus for the kids! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning - all super fresh and homemade. We also ate lunches and dinner there sometimes, which was just as delicious. I loved learning the history and philosophy of Bloo through the complimentary book, and we enjoyed the gallery and other activities on offer. We are not usually ‘resort’ people, but Bloo has changed that for us. We will definitely return again.

It's all about the beautiful view from the room and the restaurant. WiFi was good. Room open to the breeze, but the mosquitoes got me despite my best efforts. Can't darken the room, so an eye shade is useful. Very close to Blue Lagoon down the hill and steep steps which will keep you fit. Padang Bai is also close by and walking distance. The breakfast buffet had sufficient options and meals were very good sizes.

On a couple of days when it was extremely hot and humid, I would have loved air-conditioning. On those days, the sunbeds around the pool were all taken and there was very little shade. The restaurant definitely needs an upgrade. The plastic chairs and laminex tables were of poor quality and appearance and not comfortable. When it was hot, it was not comfortable using the outdoor toilet which was too hot to sit on.
