The hostal was comfortable during our one night, although the walls were thin. Late check in was a big plus.

Breakfast wasn't very appealing, so we bought elsewhere. One thing to note - although the hostal is geographically near the airport (as the crow flies), it is about 20 min away by car. They offered a shuttle for a fee, but you cannot book in advance. You have to call them upon arrival, which meant a 30 min wait in our case so we opted for a taxi instead. One suggestion: take Uber. It costs a bit more than the hostal shuttle but is much cheaper than a taxi.

The shuttle service was excellent. After landing in Madrid, I called the hotel, and the shuttle arrived promptly within 15 minutes. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable, and the staff were also quite good.

One of the aspects I disliked about this hotel was the absence of bars or restaurants nearby. After arriving around 21:00 from Barcelona, I was hoping to have dinner either at the hotel or at a nearby restaurant and enjoy a couple of beers before going to sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked a bar, and the receptionist informed me that all the nearby bars were closed. Consequently, I went to bed on an empty stomach. Furthermore, the breakfast the following morning was also unsatisfactory to me.

Close to airport. However I was to take Shuttle to terminal 1 at 04:30 a:m, in order to take a flight to Dublin Ireland, and driver made me wait cause someone had overslept. I told attendant, who in the beginning told me something like " We have to wait..that's the way it is." " I responded no. That is not the way it is, cause if I miss the flight someone is going to pay and it will start here. I was told to be here at 04:30 a:m on dot and here we are. It is not my problem if someone overslept". Attendant proceeded to call guest who was late and informed that we could not wait any longer. . He was very nice afterwards. However, when I arrived at terminal there was a huge line at security which is what I wanted to avoid and made it to gate very tight. Reason why I stayed in an airport hotel. Other than that it was fine. Nice friendly staff, clean room.

The team of the hotel provided cheap and fast transfer to the hotel. The room is in good state, requires small renovation, but it's very very optional, if the price could be just 3-5 euros lower, it could be perfect! Anyway, as it is now, it's very good. Breakfast is indeed good and cheap! But be sure, that you don't come last 10 minutes, however, this is relevanr for any hotel.

We stayed here to be close to the airport for a morning flight the next day. Staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the airport shuttle arrangements worked perfectly.

The restaurants that are very close by were closed by dinnertime. Another restaurant with excellent food is a short walk away, but there are no sidewalks, so it felt a bit dangerous walking back to the hotel after dark.

It's close to the airport, Hostal provided a safe trip to the airport for 8 € and their breakfast is great. You can also take a bus and then the metro to go to Madrid, really easy and safe.

I couldn't regulate the thermometer in the room, it was a hot night, so I had to open the windows. The room doesn't have a microwave or minibar to warm or keep your drinks cold.

The 'staff' (possibly the owners) were there when we arrived late in the evening. There was a little confusion over our booking (I had thought I'd booked two single beds in a double room, my Spanish is non-existent): it transpired there was a double bed. I was reluctant to sleep with my male travelling companion. I asked the lady at reception if she could correct (my obvious mistake). With great good will and enthusiasm she and her husband had installed a second bed into the room within minutes. TO do this after a long days work for themselves impressed me greatly. I would happily recommend this hostal.

I could have stayed longer.

We were in transit and our flight from Madrid was cacelled. We were lucky to find this place near by with a room ready and clean with a regular conveniant shuttle. The matress s were comfortable and we spent the afternoon sleeping

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area so there was nowhere for a pleasant walk. A good place for travelers in a pinch

Staid overnight because of 12 hour stopover Madrid Airport. Used their pickup service both directions at a fair total price 20 EU.

I suggest that they should supply a map of the pickup point at the Airport as it's a big airport and a map on your phone will make it easier to find.

The lady at the front desk (Pillar) was very helpful, kind and friendly. The rest of the staff were rather helpful too. The rooms were very neat and clean. Shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport can be arranged by a phone call after you land. But just message them beforehand. The hotel is like 10mins away and is in an ideal for transit. The breakfast spread was good value. There are also restaurants around within walking distance and open up to late. Highly recommended.
