Nice and clean. The staffs were really friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping never give spare roll of toilet paper even though the roll is half used so we have to ring up and ask all the time.

Everything from location, choice of breakfast, modern feel and look. Its really comfy and clean. I love it. My next choice of stay when driving up to KL!

Staffs are not hospitable and not helpful, which is OK considering maybe high season for tourists but still.... Valet is shared with Parkroyal Collection which I found that its inconvenient to keep walking to that side just to inform the valet, back to my point up that staffs are not that helpful.

The amazing room that we stayed. The hotel staff really friendly and cooperative. Amazing location where you can get connected to all the shops and restaurants.

The only one thing I did not like was the bed. It was hard and not comfortable to sleep. But some how we managed during the stay. Please make sure that this problem about the bed is rectified. So that when guests come from their long journey they would all be comfortable.

Clean, new and well designed. Good quality features and furnishings. The staff are professional yet friendly including the guards, and the location can’t be beat if you like shopping and dining options - it’s next door to Lot 10, and around the corner from Pavilion and a Starbucks Reserve. Loved the well appointed features and the equipped kitchen. The gym is also of a good size with treadmills, weights and various machines. Overall great value for money

As it’s so central, peak hour traffic can be a pain so factor in time to find a Grab etc. Also the walls on level 13 were somewhat thin, we could hear the amorous activities of our neighbours for about 3 days - awkward. The sliding doors in the room tend to stick so may not be accessible for those with grip/mobility issues and the cold/hot water taps are quite hard to determine due to their vague design. On the plus side: Great water pressure and very hot showers.

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. During check-in, there was only one staff member attending to all the guests, which took some time, but she did an excellent job. The facilities, location, and the apartment itself were perfect for our stay and appeared brand new. Additionally, the "Balmain" brand bath amenities (lotion, conditioner, shampoo, and shower gel) were a pleasant surprise. The dryer in the apartment was very useful since we were on a trip through four countries, and the kitchen was modern and looked great.

Overall there is nothing to complain except when we reach hotel there was no door man or anyone to attend to us to carry the luggage from the car, it took some time for them to realize that some was arrived at the gate. Anyway they carried all our luggage in trolley once realized. Even though there were 4-5 counters at the lobby at the time of arrival there were only one staff to attend to us.

Central location was a short walk to places like the Pavillion, Petronas Twin Towers and other tourist attractions. If you like the hop-on-hop-off bus, the main stop is located opposite the hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was thoughtfully appointed with quality and comfortable fittings - the washer/dryer is a bonus! Travelled with two teens and the space was ample for them to hang out, spread out and chill out. Main bedroom has a great view of the city, it is spacious and comfortable. We didn't include the breakfast option when we booked as we knew there were plenty of food options near the hotel. There is flexibility to 'walk in' and the greeter was very welcoming and helpful - price is very reasonable. The food is a great variety of western and local foods which was delicious and great quality which we enjoyed. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with a pool table, fuss ball and other things that kept my teens entertained - great view too! There is also a gym which has the right equipment for a holiday work out. We used the swimming pool every day and it was a welcome relief from the heat and humidity. It is a rooftop pool with great views of the city. It is clean and safe with a pool attendant who was helpful and friendly ready to hand us towels - great service! The staff were all very friendly and helpful even the security guards outside the hotel who helped us safely navigate the traffic - much appreciated.

Nothing - would recommend as it is a great place to stay!

We appreciate the early check in, the daily room cleaning service, every detail of the apartment is wonderful. The staff is very welcoming. Location is easily accessible to all the famous malls in KL. Though there’s no view, but it doesn’t spoil any of the stay. Appreciate the welcome note as well.

Everything everything.

The location was ideal. Pan Pacific is situated in the heart of KL with all the city highlights within a 15minute walk. The Hotel is extremely pleasant for family stays the suites offer an excellent living room space with amazing views of the city.

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Situated in the 25th floor it was way too small for the size of the hotel. The breakfast variety options were limited. We found this to be very bizarre compared to the size of the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient and safe parking at the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee available throughout the day. Gym and pool table and swimming pool were great. Location is awesome. Within walking distance to a lot of malls and food. Mentioned in my booking that we are celebrating my son's birthday and they prepped some balloons, "towel cake" and 2 chocolate cakes for him. Thank you, Pan Pac! Great to have washing machine and dryer in the room as well. Clean and worked well.

Parts of the floor laminate in the room were kind of popping up; had to be a bit more careful when walking around those spots. So we put doormat over it and problem solved.

Been to KL multiple times and this was the best stay ever. The location is perfect and near to all the major shopping centers, right next to Bukit bintang MRT. The staffs are super friendly and made the stay a wonderful experience.check in and out was fast. Housekeeping was very attentive. We checked in around 3pm on 9th. On the 1st day that housekeeping cleaned up the room (10th), they noticed that we were using a travel prayer mat to pray as we had placed it at one side of the room. The housekeeping team therefore left a proper prayer mat in the room for us to use instead. It was a wonderful suprise when we came back to the room after a long day of shopping. This showed the team puts in extra effort in everything to make your stay a comfortable one. It is like a home, away from home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Maleeh, Danny, Amy, Darshini,Jojo, Ummi,Shekin and the housekeeping team for making the stay a memorable one. The room and amenities were great, which was worth every penny. I am glad I pick this serviced suites. This will definitely be where I will stay whenever I come back to KL.
