Great location, right in the heart of activity on Westgate. Also very nice rooms given the space.

This isn’t an issue, but be aware that there is no lobby. It’s self check in at the front. However the main office is minutes away if you have any questions/ concerns.

Modern recently refurbished and spacious apartment right in the centre of Bath. A taxi picked us up from Bristol airport. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars are only seconds walk from the front door. We had an issue with the first apartment but thanks to the host we were moved quickly and experienced no problems thereafter. We loved the city and tried to get around and visit the sights as much as possible. Too much to see, so will probably book another week in Bath at some point. Also spent a day in Bristol which you can get to quickly and cheaply by train or bus

Being so central you unfortunately do get woken early because of refuge trucks etc. No big deal.

Spectacular! Wonderful apartment (no. 24). Light, bright, clean, spacious and cleverly designed. Oh, and it smelled amazing! Everything we needed, including a fan which was great in the hot weather. The toiletries were so lovely, the bed comfy, the pillows perfect and the spin around TV... amazing. The location was perfect, close to the Baths and the best food and shopping. We faced the back streets rather than the bus stop, so it was a nice view and quiet too. Having Tesco right there under us if we needed it was an added bonus. A well optioned kitchen means you could easily cook here. We will definitely be back.

You check in at the apartment but the reception is in a different location, so if you arrive early you will need to find the office and leave your bags there. It's not too far away but important to factor this in, as it may work better for you if you leave your cases in the car until after you have checked in.

This is a wonderful exceptionally clean and modern apartment in an excellent location - everything you want from a visit to Bath is within easy walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could wish for. The hosts were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.

No real negatives as such. The only thing I would improve in this property is to have a non-slip shower mat in place. We found the shower extremely slippery when wet which meant we showered with very careful foot movements! The absence of a lift was a little challenging given that we were 3 females with jam-packed suitcases to lug around!! That said, humour, and helping each other with our heavy cases got us up and down the flights of stairs in no time at all!! A good workout too!!

Superb location. A spacious, clean, and inviting room situated an easy walk away from the Roman Baths and shopping precinct. It looked out onto an open courtyard with a lovely cafe, bench-seating and a majestic tree. The apartment was a 7 minute walk to the carpark recommended for parking our hire vehicle at £18 per day.

The apartment was ideally positioned, in the centre of Bath. When we arrived the room was ready earlier than expected, which was great. We chatted to a member of staff on the way up to our room, he was really helpful, and once in the room someone rang to ensure everything was ok. It was lovely and clean, the appliances were obviously expensive, which was nice to see. The complementary shampoo/shower gel etc was luxurious which was a nice touch.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only comment I would make, would be, the tv needs someone to have a look at it, after watching for a while, the screen/picture suddenly goes dark

The apartment was perfect for a long weekend stay , a good size ,nicely furnished ( we particularly liked the swivelling tv) and with lovely cowshed toiletries. Nice and warm with heating easy to control. Bath is full of great places to eat but it was useful to have the kitchen area for breakfast, hot drinks etc. A great location, short walk from the station and all Bath’s attractions. The office is 2 minutes away for pre/post stay luggage storage, all the staff we dealt with were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The tiniest of things….. the flow of water from the bathroom tap was weak. Didn’t spoil our visit in anyway but worth having a look at.

I like that is located in the city center and near the train station. It also has a dishwasher that saved me washing my toddler’s milk bottles. My family had a fantastic stay and will definitely book again if we have future travel.

During our stay every night there was a car alarm going off for an hour or so across the street. The first night it was like at around 3 am, then the 2nd night at around 11pm (by then we discovered that by shutting the windows, the noise outside the street was gone). We still had a good night sleep so it wasnt too bad. Also the property doesn’t have a lift so it was a little bit struggle to climb to the 3rd floor with a baby, a pram, and a luggage. Otherwise, not bad at all.

The apartment I stayed in was so nice! It was spacious, clean, and modern. The facilities were all very clean and well maintained. The windows looked out over a cute town square where I was able to hear live music with the windows open. Please note that there are no elevators, so you’ll need to take your luggage up the stairs. You could hear people in the hallway a good amount if they were being loud, but street noise was minimal with the windows closed. The staff were very friendly and helpful upon check in. Overall, the location was close to the train station and downtown, the design was cozy and modern, and the room itself was spacious and clean.

This is the second time we stayed here and the place is superb.  It is right in the middle of town, 2 mins walk around the corner from the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey, about a 7 min walk from Bath Spa train station, tons of restaurants and shops around the apartment within walking distance and there is a Tesco Express next to the building which has more than your basic everyday needs, incl groceries. It is also in front of a bus stop. The apartment itself is modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, water kettle, plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils, basic pots and pans incl glassware for baking. It has a 4-burner stove and an oven-microwave with exhaust hood. The bathroom has all the bath needs with regular size Cowshed products. Bath towels are thick and large. The both times we stayed here we got a studio unit and it is more than enough for the 2 of us. Whilst the cost does not incl everyday cleaning and change of towels, the housekeeper does come to pick-up the trash everyday. Overall we are very happy to be staying at Hiding Space. Checking in and out is a breeze and easy, and we can store our luggage at the reception office on Trim St 3 mins walk from Westgate. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Bath! 

1. The apartment does not have an elevator and going up and down the stairs esp with heavy luggage is a hassle. However, you can ask for help from the reception if needed. 2. There is no washing machine in the studio unit so if you are staying more than 3 nights you may want to go to a laundromat or bring a good number of clean clothes. 3. The bed is a bit on the soft side and the pillows are not comfortable (there is a plastic lining/polyester cover around it, which makes a plastic-y sound when we move).
