Pam at the bar is a true hospitality queen. She made everyone feel welcome and seen. Just pure happiness. The staff at the reception were super kind and accomodating!

The hotel is not Brand new. The bathroom was a bit old. And the view from room 642 was a gray wall.. staying there for 7 nights was not the most pleasant. And having booked more than 10 months in advance it was a bit disappointing. The food from the restaurant varied very much from shift to shift. Would not recommend.

Everything ! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Always greeting us ,opening doors and offering assistance and furnishing us with refreshments because the weather was really hot to us coming from Alaska lol Convenient to the Hilton Convention Center where our National Fraternal of Eagles Convention was being held . I have raved about this Hotel since returning to Alaska and we will definitely be returning for more stays here .

Convenient location when visiting the cenvention center. The warehouse district is becoming more interesting every time I visit Nola. Easy walk to the French quarters. Outlet mall close by. Ambience was good, most of the staff super friendly. There is a restaurant in the hotel, so you can have dinner there, that was good.

Walls are not soundproof - next door guest had the TV on all night long, and it was driving me crazy - after 15 hour travel it was too much. My room was not vacuumed a single time during my stay.. No view from the window. Bed was tired. Free water bottels (2 pcs) was given only once (I stayed 5 nights). Luckily you can fill your own bottle at the fitness room. I saw small ants running in the bathroom and on the desk.

Room was quiet and the bed was comfy.

Cleaning service did not come every day, matter of fact in my 6 days they came twice! Room service menu was not up to date, as I ordered a item only to receive a call 5 minutes later stating they no longer provide that item and the menu is not current. How's that possible in this digital age. In addition the food was not good, can tell it was prepared in a rush and not as advertised per the menu.

The location was just the perfect amount of walking to the Hilton riverfront hotel, where our convention took place. Also, the rooms were very quiet, which was nice. I never heard any hallway traffic at all.

I had a room with two queen beds and it was only my sister and I in the city for a convention. Well, we only received three towels instead of four. It would’ve been nice not to have the maid to have to come every day we could’ve if we had four towels.

Room was nice and clean. Beds were decent. Close enough to bourbon st, the mall and any other place we attempted to go by uber. Complimentary water and mini sandwiches were a plus. Staff (Taylor) was very accommodating. The doormen/valet were also very nice. Didn't get a chance to visit the hotel bar.

Housekeeping came too early. They came about 830 am every day. Some nights the key cards were needed for the elevator (button didn't work properly the first night). Refrigerator was too small and didn't get too cold. Needed a menu on the TV for channels but couldn't get abc for sports which was odd. Driveway gets congested with valet after a certain time.

The property was a great location! It was close to everything we wanted to do within walking distance, close to the superdome and also had fantastic staff!

The hotel was rather run down for what it was. Some of the fixtures were a little out dated or stuff was it looked a bit rigged to be fixed and not done properly. It was not very appealing to look at in some areas. Cleanliness wasn't the most detailed either

The restaurant was great as well as the bar. Very close to the convention center and great restaurants and only about a $7-$10 ride everywhere else.

If you pay with a debit card/ place a debit card on file for the “incidentals” it’s $75 per night. Also, you will not receive that deposit back for about 5-10 business days (so we were told)

The property was in the heart of the city. It is in walking distance to the Convention Center, Riverwalk (shopping), and many restaurants. The front desk staff were polite and attentive to the needs of the guests. I particularly appreciated how all staff members made the guest feel welcomed into the hotel. The maintenance workers also provided recipes, hospitality, and suggestions to guest! 😊

Although I enjoyed my stay the valet services could be more customer friendly. I had to wait in my vehicle while 3 members of the valet team sit on a bench on their phones. It wasn’t until I exited the vehicle that they acknowledged my presence. Also, the cars are parked at least 4 blocks away so it is a longer than expected wait. Once I received my vehicle it smelled of marijuana and I wasn’t pleased.

The morning staff set this hotel apart. The valet was so genuinely friendly and helpful. They had a lot of nice little things like yummy corn bread and juice upon arrival. I really liked reading the local paper in the very comfortable lobby and loved the pumpkin decorating contest they had going on. It’s also a 5 minute walk to mother’s restaurant which was worth the wait. There’s a lot of restaurants and Cafes in the area, felt a lot less touristy than in the French quarter. It’s also extremely close to the river.
