It was in great location and very friendly staff. Dominique checked on us several times through out our stay. And the valet guy was very friendly while we waited in Uber.

Parking was a little hard to find and expensive.

It was a perfect location we went for my daughters birthday the weekend and through Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday and the parades were all just either a 1 block walk over or a few blocks over depending on the parade route, and a plus the pool was so warm during February that it felt like a huge hottub so no matter the season you can swim which was a huge win for our 6 year old. Walking distance or Uber/lyft ride everywhere be aware if going during Mardi Gras many roads are closed and it was a nightmare getting in to the hotel the day we came and you have to leave your car in the hotel garage because parking elsewhere was even more expensive than the valet there. We loved our stay here and we felt very safe in the area.

How expensive parking was 45 a day that’s the only bad thing I can say

The staff was helpful, and check-in and out were simple. Location was a little further from the French Quarter than expected, but in general, it was well situated.

a. The cleaning staff didn't restock towels once, and we had to ask twice for the toilet to be cleaned. b. There was a bare area of carpet and the carpet tack strip scratched our bare feet. c. We arrived late at night and couldn't purchase food from the lobby convenience shop.

Great location. Fair price. Clean rooms.

Every other hotel we use has free breakfast. So that was disappointing. 2- the housekeepers on the floor we stayed on were outright RUDE. I asked if we could get some sugar for the room. This young housekeeper was on her phone w personal call. Whelp she waved hee hands up on my face starting to speak non English at me, throws her board at me like no I ain’t helping you lady I’m too busy cleaning empty rooms. I stay at allot of places so this was first time staff was just too young too rude. If she’s that overwhelmed cleaning she needs a new job

My room was great. Very comfortable and particularly the shower was excellent. It was a perfect location for me as went to convention center daily for meetings

I was steps away from the lift and the noise it makes is extremely bad. Something should be done about it. Otherwise, all the other fantastic things will amount to nothing and customers will opt to go to other hotels nearby.

Byron and Trey were especially helpful. Trey was able to accommodate me with me an early check-in. Byron was our go-to guy for anything. He set us with rides , recommendations for restaurants, and anything that we needed. He went way above the call of duty, and he represents everything that we love about NOLA. We feel like we have a friend for life. We can't wait for next year as we plan to get together again with Byron. Thank you, Hilton, for such a great stay.

My room was clean and had everything I needed. It was only one block away from the Convention Center. Very convenient location . It took some walk to the French Quarter. It would be wonederful if additional sound insulation for the room could be addeded.

You have to hold the door carefully while closing the door to avoid the loud noise from door closing.

The Valet parking attendants were extremally helpful with how to navigate the local terrain. I was a little confused about the breakfast arrangements. I could not add a breakfast to my room and had to pay for everything separate. The room and bed was great, I normally get a sore back but didn't with our room. We stayed in 13 different hotels in 21 days and this was our favorite place that we stayed, hotel and town, I would stay again.

I looked for accommodation with parking and did not know I had to pay for it until I got there. I couldn't add breakfast to my booking and had order breakfast separate. The website said breakfast was $12.95 and we were charged $24.95 for a continental breakfast.

The staff is always very friendly and the location is great.

My room was never cleaned during my stay. I asked for clean towels on the 3rd day but never got them. The restaurant was very understaffed for a very busy weekend.

Rooms are spacious, bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in dispenser. The room provided a large TV, Microwave, Fridge and Keurig Coffee Machine. Bett was comfortable. Close located to the Harbor, loved the outdoor courtyard. Didn't had breakfast there, but i really liked the settings, everything looked nice comfortable to enjoy a nice breakfast.

Everything was perfect.
