Location of the apartment is great! The apartment was very clean and cozy. Amenities are readily available such as washing machine and a fully operational kitchen. Toilet has heated floors! TV is huge and WIFI was decent.

The contactless check-in was abit confusing, instructions are given for multiple apartments at once. In my case, I didn't scroll through the whole gallery of images on the app so I had very minor miscommunication, but all was good. There was heavy construction on Storgata during the time I was there in September 2023 which made pavement uneven for luggage so we had to take the other way up. Would have been good to be notified by the management prior to arrival so we would have been able to plan our journey accordingly. As per other reviews, the bar can be loud on weekends, but my room was situated away from the bar thus it did not affect my sleep.

Very central. Location great. Fully equipped and close to a supermarket makes it easy to prepare meals.

Bed had a very soft mattress

it's was very nice location, which was in the main street. You can easily find the supermarket near the studio. if you join the activities, it's juts like 5 to 7 mins to get the meeting points. It's also very easy to get there from airport. the landlord send me how can I get there, it's quite convenient!!!!!! highly and extremely recommend!

There is a club or bar in front of the studio, if you check-in on Friday or weekends, it's quite noise. and how comfortable it is in someway depends on your neighborhood. there was a family they left around 4.30am and made so many noise. But anyway, it's best choice for solo trip!!!

The location is perfect. All of the tours (northern lights, dog sledding, reindeer, snow shoe hikes) pick you up somewhere around the radisson blu hotel and these apartments were just a 6 minute walk from there making it super convenient (especially for those 2am walks home after seeing the lights). The facilities were nice and it was great to have a washing machine and kitchen after a few weeks of travelling

The only thing was it was opposite a club. This was not an issue at any point except on the Saturday night when I got back from a lights tour at 2am and it was extremely loud. I was able to sleep because i was so tired but if you are a light sleeper it may affect your visit.

The location is perfect! Right in the center of Tromso, it allows you to easily join the contracted tours or just go for a walk around the city. The apartment has all the amenities to prepare meals at home.

On weekends the bar next door does not close until 3 o'clock and the music is very loud and can be heard throughout the apartment. The street the windows of the apartment overlooked was under construction so there was some additional noise (bear in mind that this is temporary).

The location was great! The high street was being revamped & some taxi drivers said they could not access the property. This can be solved by asking that they pick up and drop off at the northern road that runs behind the property, rather than following google maps that still thinks the high street is a road you can access, but is inaccessible. Clean! Warm! Bright and modern! Good communication with details on how to enter the property given in good time ahead of trip.

- Location is ideal, very central, many shops and restaurant just a few minutes away by foot, - Bedroom is on the quiet side of the apartment, - The size of the apartment was great, it's modern and nicely decorated, - It was warm and cozy when it was freezing outside, - Washing machine is a great plus, - Smooth and easy check-in and check-out process,

- There were some small details that could have improve the experience without much cost for the host, such as shower gel holder in the shower, hooks for towels, and a carpet in the bathroom, - The bed is bit too soft, - A microwave would be really nice to have. - The dishwasher had not been emptied, and the floor was dusty. - The recycling tubes were out of service due to construction work and it was unclear where to dispose of the recycling.

Excellent location on the main street. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and everything you might need during your stay. The bedroom is very quiet with windows to the inner courtyard. There's a supermarker right around the corner which is also super handy.

We had a problem accessing the apartment during check in because the code send to us in a text message didn't work. It was solved very quickly when I called the support line.

I felt very comfortable here. All the facilities were new. The bedroom was on the quiet side of the building. The location was very convenient. When I had trouble finding the keybox, somebody answered my message on Booking immediately (the phone number went to some automated answering service, however). It was possible to open the windows on both sides of the apartment to cool it down. (There was a heatwave during my stay.)

A map showing the street and the courtyard and the exact location of the keybox for 106 would have been useful. (I was confused because there were separate keyboxes for Storgata 104 and 106, 10 meters from each other, neither of them on Storgata.) A microwave oven would have been great! There's a bar on the opposite side of Storgata. Now it was not a problem since only the kitchen / living room was on that side of the building. However, I would not want to stay in one of the studios facing the Storgata. Better bring earplugs anyway since there are A LOT of seagulls everywhere in the town and they are loud.
