The location was very very good. Right outside of interlaken west SBB. It’s quite spacious and comfortable with USB and USB c charger.

It’s a 3 star hotel, hence limited amenities. Shower cap, toothbrush, slippers are not available. There’s no queen bed, only 2 single bed combine together (not a big issue)

It is new and modern. Clean and the staff is super gentle. Breakfast was super good for the level of the hotel. It is literally inside a train station and you can walk until the old town, main stores, supermarket, restaurants. Parking lot is expensive but there are other options around.

The price is quite high.

The location is perfect in the heart of interlaken center . The apartment was spacious .

1- the building beside train station which is noise. 2- the housekeeping didn’t clean the apartment well in daily basis . 3- if you have car you need to pay extra money and you need also to ask them to open the grage for you if you want to part every time. 4- the pillows weren’t comfortable . 5- No AC if you face hot day

The hotel does not have an A.C. The weather was nice so we could handle that but im not sure if the weather was humid or hot.

Amazing location and friendly staff. Get down at Interlaken West and the hotel is right on the station. Amazing facilities in the apartment and gives a feel like home. Kitchen has every possible thing you can imagine. Very convenient. Daily cleaning and room arrangement is a huge plus as not all Swiss hotels do this. The apartment is massive with great views of the mountains.

Great breakfast but they should change the menu at least twice in a week alternatively. Eating same for 10 days was quite boring. They do serve omelette but not told or asked by the waiters. Nothing else really. It’s a fab place😎

The staff were very friendly and helpful and sought to reduce any concerns. The bar attendant from Cyprus was very knowledgeable and also very helpful about food allergies, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was very good and the facilities in the room were too, especially the shower.

I read about extra blankets and asked for one at the reception desk, but no blanket was delivered to my room and no explanation was given. I had previously emailed the hotel before my holiday explaining polyester was a problem for me and was advised that the sheets and covers were cotton, but to bring any other items of bedding I might need with me. I brought a small feather pillow, but found the polyester quilts were a bit of a problem, so I just used the empty cotton quilt covers. A polyester free blanket would have been appreciated, as it is difficult to pack a whole quilt.

A brand new hotel with a spacious and modern apartment assigned to us(family of 5 with young kids). We stayed at superior apartment. What can I say, I am blown away by the apartment’s design including a full kitchen, automated blinds, two balconies with one of them showing the grand jungfrau. The area is besides interlaken west but is extremely quite. Staff were attentive and very helpful. House keeping is daily and do an excellent job. We thoroughly enjoyed the busy days and quiet nights with beautiful Mountain View. Highly recommended and certainly coming back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and memories.

The location - right on the platform of Interlaken West train station! And close to lots of restaurants, opposite a shopping center (with Migros supermarket) and a short walk into Interlaken itself. The room - spacious, spotless, very comfortable. Beds were lovely, shower was excellent. The common areas - bar and staff were great. We don't usually use the hotel bars but we had met up with friends from California and it was a great place to hang out in, very relaxing, plenty of charging points, seating etc. The breakfast room - what a fabulous selection! And you can see the trains coming in and out of the station. Note - there is NO NOISE from the trains. The hotel is well sound-proofed. Staff - so helpful and friendly

Great place to stay for location right outside your door is the train station which made it amazing. The breakfast was great and so much to selections and the entire staff from front desk, bartenders, breakfast staff, room cleaners are all amazing such a great place with cheerful and kind workers. Bed was comfy and quite, clean rooms. I will choose to stay here as my first choice, steps away to restaurants, shops, grocery store. Perfect.

With 2 people it was difficult to not have any space for you to place your luggage to open, I had to have it on the floor so I wasn't able to use the cleaners to come inside because you would trip over my luggage, the room size was small, the bed space from the foot of the bed to wall is 1 ft. ( we still would stay because of the positive outway the dislikes) .. Also, the comforter is to extreme so puffy and its not 100 % cotton, I think it was microfiber. To much pillows so we had to place it under the corner table..

The hotel was very conveniently located beside railway station, didn't hear a train once, hotel was well sound proofed. Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, lots of selection available. Staff were lovely, beds very very comfortable and shower was great. I would stay here again if travelling to interlaken.

Dinner and snack menu were not great, didn't have a good variety. If it had, we would have ate dinner there every night. After long days hiking in the Swiss alps we were looking for lovely comfort food, but the hotel didn't offer that which was a pity.
