The Best thing about this hotel is the location , it right next to the Interlaken west station and bus stop , if you nee to travel in Interlaken its going to be very convenient. Several restaurants and Coop's/Migros near the property , very central location to the main street/shopping. The hotel rooms are little small and not very spacious , good for a couple stay.

There was no ramp for stroller , just staircase so it was quite difficult to take the stroller up and down everytime we left the hotel. The rooms are a bit tight, the breakfast could have a little bit more variety , we stayed for 3 days and exactly the same breakfast was served. Little pricey for the room and the amenities provided. Could be a little more reasonably priced.

They customer service is very good, the staffs are warm and friendly. The rooms and toilets are spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and there is a variety of food to chose from. The train and the bus stations are just a minute away from the hotel. The stores are all near by. Buying of foods, sourviners very convenient.

To have more English channels on TV. To have phones inside the each room so the guest don't have come out to use the single phone at the start of the floor entrance or go to the reception for assistance.

We had an excellent stay at the Merkur Hotel! The location is perfect, just right across the street from the train station, so finding and going out for our activities is effortless. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it's convenient for getting food and other stuff. The hotel and the room are clean. The rooms are very cozy and have a smart TV that can connect to other applications such as YouTube and Netflix. The size of the room is good. Even though the room does not have AC, they have a big ceiling fan and a small table fan in the room. Breakfast is good and the view from the breakfast balcony is amazing. The lady staff who made my food was very kind and welcoming. They also have an ice-making machine and microwave on the first floor. All service staff were exceptional. They were so welcoming, helpful, and willing to help. They allow us to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out. I highly recommend this hotel!

I got a room on the side next to the train station and street. There may be some noises when opening the windows, but it's quiet and not a problem when the windows are closed. The size of the shower room is pretty small.

The hotel is very accessible and convenient, close to train and bus station. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel receptionists are also accommodating, professional and friendly especially Joanna. During our arrival she gave us information that we need during our stay and places to go. She surprised me with chocolates and greeting card on my birthday, which is a very sweet and a thoughtful gesture. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who will be visiting Interlaken.

There are not much choices with breakfast. I may suggest if they could serve croissant bread and sausages too.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, adding a personal touch to our stay. The breakfast served was delicious, with a good variety of options to cater to all tastes.

I had a great stay at Merkur Hotel! The staff were amazing, especially Priecela. She was so welcoming and helpful, explaining all the different routes and options for my activities. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view. The lady who made my food was lovely and warm, welcoming me with a smile every morning. What made my stay special was how the staff made me feel. They were all kind, helpful, and wanted to make sure I had a great time. I highly recommend Merkur Hotel!

Every thing. Its peacefull facilt with very good restaurant they are offering fresh break fast every morning with lot of food variety. It is neat and clean facility. Restaurents and other shops very close. It is very close to Interlaken main railway station and bus stand.. I enjoyed the station view. Room size very good. Front dest staff and kitchen staff is very cooperatiove. I stayed in hotel for one night and was perfact safe and enjoyable stay. Good room with outside view. In fact if I will come again in this city, I will stay here. Thanks a lot to hotel management and staff.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, unbelievable customer service. Maddy at the front desk was a pleasure and helped with any questions or requests we had, from advice on attractions to lending plug converters, extra room fans, an iPhone charger, and replacement hairdryer for the one in our room that broke.

Not a huge deal, but one of the advantages of this hotel is its central location (across from Interlaken West train station) also means it can be a little nosy at times. The rooms do not have AC, so when you leave the windows open it can be a little loud.

Breakfast with amazing view Location was excellent, at city center of Interlaken, right opposite of train station. everything at the tip of your finger. room was really nice. spacious, full of light. nice view of the mountain. The staff was super friendly and helpful. they also give out tickets to ride buses for free. We had our car with us so we did not have to use them. If you don't have a car with you this is an amazing offer since they give it to you for free. If you are travelling with your own car, the hotel has dedicated parking spot which you can pay for. We parked in the hotel parking spot and it was super convenient. You can easily get to anyplace from this hotel (restaurants, supershop, shoppoing, meeting spot for day tours). finally a big shout out to the girl at the reception (don't know her name) and the lady at the breakfast. Both were really nice and helpful. a big thanks :)
