A very nice and quiet hotel in a very secluded part of the beach. Beautiful territory. Rooms absolutely correspond to the photos here on booking.com. We loved the views from our room especially at night as you can see the ships queueing to enter the Panama Canal.

Though the hotel is described as all-inclusive the choice of food for lunch and dinner is very limited. Only one restaurant - cage at the beach open for lunch and one of max two open for dinner. Maybe it was because during our stay there were not so many guests though we stayed here December 20-23 which is Xmas season. No night entertainment at all which we did not mind at all

It was very relaxing. The grounds and pool were beautiful. The room had all the comforts of staying at a nice hotel. And the food was good.

Honestly, the sales tactics got old really quickly. We were there to relax. We didn’t want to be bothered with that. I felt sorry for the staff.

I loved the ambiance and how clean the environment was. The staff was great and friendly. Though it's a spanish speaking country, most of the staff had basic English which made communication easier. They make you feel very welcomed and appreciated. I'd visit again 💯

There was a lack of engagement where entertainment is considered, but it was enough for the kids to get involved. Just needs more entertainment and jamaican chefs if possible. plus the distance from the international airport is over an hour away though it says 25 minutes on the website.

Everything single thing about this resort was exceptional words cannot describe the courteous and dedicated staff very helpful,kind,always positive and with the brightest smile on their faces ….Luisa from front desk and the guy that works the coffee bar during the day really really made my stay even more beautiful …resort is always super clean,the views are amazing and you feel very very safe…DEFINITELY MY GO TOO SPOT WHEN EVER I VISIT PANAMA

There is nothing not to like…EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING…food drinks evertything

The people we met at this facility was so nice. Everyone is welcoming. The drinks are better on the premium side as far as options but it’s quieter. The activities at the family were fun they had something different every night. The karaoke and bingo were fun and funny. The host really made it worth while. Eric, Rueben and Armani at the bar made the trip even better. Ask Eric for an Mango Tango it’s so good! The rooms were cleaned daily and cold. This was nice because it was very humid as soon as you opened your door. There is a lot free animals. Be sure to not walk through the grass in the dark!

There was fruit flies everywhere at bars. As my friend said “I’m sure we then drunk a few”. Our phone in our room didn’t work the first few days and housekeeping never wanted to give us enough face towels. So I recommend bringing your own towels if you’re with a larger group. The food is MID! There aren’t many options to eat. The Americanized food is disgusting and the only option for lunch on most days. The snack bar is good but you have to go early bc the will run out of everything. Some of the activities didn’t have anyone there so that we could participate in it. This resort would be better if they had better food options and stronger drinks.

The location was great, was off the beach and close to the supermarket The views were amazing The staff was very friendly I love how the resort had activities everyday The food was really good! There is always something to do here Either you can book a tour or stay on the resort and do kayaking or hit the pool

Wish the restaurants would switch up the food a little They were serious about dress code at the restaurants I definitely didn’t like how as soon as you get there, there are ppl who try to sell you stuff or get you to buy a membership. There is always one front desk person ! If you need to get an Uber you have to let the front desk know bc they have to let the gate person know to open the gate. Stood in line for awhile just to tell him I booked an Uber. Needed to checkout and stood in line for 40 min just to checkout. Gift shop prices are kind of ridiculous They are selling straw hats for $71

The food was OK, sometimes, maintenance team was great , they came to repair my AC and my coffee machine great job guys did get the chance to give you guys a tip but definitely next time

One thing I didn't like, is when the rain was falling and we wanted to go for dinner and there was no umbrella, but thanks to a beautiful staff member she went and get 2 for us hat off to she I didn't get her name but we'll done

We really enjoyed our staying. The property looks good, it can be better in terms of aspect. The painting on the walls from the outside weren’t good enough and there were some issues with the air conditioner in one of our rooms but it was solved asap we told them.

The only thing is that the lunch is not included when we check out. We think the prices are high and at least a good bye lunch must be included.

Everything was as I expected. We had access to three restaurants and wonderful coffee and drinks. The room was cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. The place had three swimming pools and direct access to the beach (including safeguard). Each detail was covered.

Check-in took too much time. The reception process would be more efficient.

The grounds are nicely kept up and landscaping is very nicely manicured.

Property appeared a bit outdated. Could use an upgrade to the rooms as it looked somewhat on the older side. It was clean but outdated. Also it doesn’t have a swimmable beach. Very rocky shoreline/ beach with mostly brown water. Not sure if that’s because it’s so close to the opening of the Canal and debris from ships.
