We were so pleasantly surprised that someone from the resort was waiting for us when we arrived and took our bags to the hotel for us, this was amazing service (and back to the pier when we left), staff super friendly and helpful with any questions and recommendations. Pool was lovely. Hotel is in a great location- close to everything important

Phi phi does not sleep! So I feel like this would be an issue in any hotel in the most popular area of Phi Phi, but it’s so loud at night. The hotel does provide ear plugs which we think is a great touch and we really appreciated as they definitely helped. I think the one big issue is that the room only had 2 sockets. One near the bed and one on the other side of the room. But when you’re trying to charge more than one thing each between you it’s very difficult, especially because you need to be in the room with the key in the holder for the electric to work. We just left the key in and went in the pool to allow our devices to charge, 2 birds one stone.

Good location but very loud at night with music from the beach parties. Also was charged for waters and chips despite a “complimentary” sign, so be careful.

Anita is perfectly placed right near the beach and is close to everything. The staff are friendly and take great pride in their work. The pool is great to relax in during the day. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

Unfortunately the noise from the beach party is “extreme” every night from 8:30pm to well into the early hours in the standard rooms closest to the beach. It is much quieter in the rooms on the other side of the block (we had 3 rooms so could compare). If noise bothers you then requesting a standard room furthest from the beach party is for you. If you are on a tight budget you can’t bring your own drinks to the pool.

location wasn’t too far from pier, there was a staff member at port who took our luggage to resort for us. best air con we’ve had in Asia!! staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant, and it was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. We asked to extend for one night and check out late and they had no issues with this.

breakfast was the only big let down, there was not much variety but it was a big plus to have breakfast included for a cheap room.

Properties in Phi Phi are comparatively more expensive than the main land. This was a good choice, 100 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool, nice buffet breakfast. It's a 5 minute walk to get to the property which is on the other side of the island from the pier. They arranged pick-up and drop for our luggage from the pier. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and it was relaxing. They took cash for the payment at check-in, luckily we had cash. For card payments there was some additional charge.

The hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes from the beach and beach bars. The staff were really helpful and were kind enough to bring our bags to the port for us

One of our rooms had a leak, but once we told the staff at reception we were quickly moved to another room.

We chose the property for its location and accessibility to all the party places. The location is perfect. It's right in the middle of everything you need. Restaurants , 7/11s, street shops and street food, and all the bars. The rooms were very good, spacious and comfortable. Good bathrooms too. They provide pool towels too. Had a balcony with pool view. The pool was good too. I would choose Anita resort again. On the last day post checkout, they let us washup in the ground floor washroom which is meant for the Pool users i guess. Also gave us towels. That was helpful.

We wanted to extend a night. And while we did inform them really late, the staff at reception charged us more than the booking.com rate for the additional night. We did pay up. But the same rate would have been appreciated. The main staff is not available at night. We did I firm about extending to one of the official helpers there, but the reception staff said they are not aware. There will be noise as the property is very close to the bars that are up till 4-5 am. You can use the ear plugs they provide.

Amazing view with a big window and lots of natural light, aircon worked so well and the pool was big and clean. Location is right next to a beautiful beach you can kayak at and chill. The rooms and bathroom was very clean too! They gave us free water every day and the lady held our bags after check out and let us chill by the pool, swim and take a shower after we checked out before our 3:30 ferry!

We were on the top floor so the music was very loud every night, you can hear the thump of music from the beach bars until 3am but if you stay on a lower floor it is very quiet.

Facilities are nice, very nice pool, friendly staff

Location is great but it is super loud all day long, hard to rest here unless you have ear plugs, even those don’t always help. During the day when the parties are over at the beach quote heavy party music is played by the pool. I wish the playlist outside was lighter or there would be no music at all during the day so guests can rest.

The property is truly in the heart of Phi Phi. You have access to restaurants, bars and the beach all at your fingertips tips. The staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in the bungalows and I would recommend that as you have a bit more privacy. The hotel breakfast was good, they changed it up most days so you had a bit of variety.

If you're looking for something quiet this is not the hotel for you. It was very close to all the bars and you can hear music late at night.
