The room we had was basic, but clean & it had all you needed. Ms. July was wonderful she was super helpful & was super sweet always. We were here for Songkran, so the whole island was without water on certain hours, which is normal if you stay on an island during water festival.

The room we stayed was on ground level, and the room stayed quiet damp. Clothes during songkran didn't dry well in our room. But other than that, the room was great!

Juni was really friendly and helpful, she gave us food recommendations and helped us book a snorkelling tour with a really great company. Basic room had no fridge or windows but it was what we paid for and was no problem at all.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The location is very convenient.

Air con right in your face. There is no bedside table or lamp. TV is just disturbing since it's on the side of the bed and no chair or couch to watch it.

Location is perfect. Everything is very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Judy is lovely.

Mattresses and cushions are uncomfortable. Room is very small and not much space for stuff. It can be very noisy because you hear everything from your neighbor rooms and the floor.

The location is great. It is very centrally located. The place is clean and the room was comfortable. The best part is the really nice lady at the reception. She is super super helpful and always recommends good places to visit and eat. She can provide you with any information you need and will always check up on you if you are doing fine or if you need any help. She is a fantastic host and made the stay really comfortable there. Overall, this place is really good for the price. I highly recommend booking in advance because this gets sold out very very soon.

Only problem was that my washroom mirror was not there because it was broken by some previous guest. And the room unfortunately had no other mirrors. So I had no way to look at myself.

Juni was a saint. She made staying here super easy. I booked additional days through reception because of her. Age was very informative and went above and beyond to help me even when she herself was feeling sick. I lost my wallet, and the police were no help. Juni took time and talked to people she knew on the island, translating what happened for me, helping me get access to CCTV when the police couldn't. The room is very basic, but the cleaner ensures the place is spotless, which is all you need when on an island.

the bed is a bit too firm. if you are a side sleeper, you might be an issue. aircon is powerful, which is great better than the alternative, but the beds only have a sheet, which means you might wake up a little cold. I kept forgetting to ask for an additional blanket and didn't enquire about a mattress topper. I think both of these should he look into if you book.

The location was perfect! Junie at the front desk was very helpful and kind, wifi worked really well and rooms were clean. We were happy with our stay here, great value for what u pay!

June was really helpful with recommendations for day trips, etc.

Our bedroom was facing the main street so there was some outdoor noise early in the morning, although it can't really be helped.

Juni was an amazing host. The friendliest and most genuine woman we have met in Thailand. She is a credit to the place. She assisted us with anything we needed but I also enjoyed speaking with her about Thailand. The cleaner was also so lovely and the room was cleaned daily. The location is unbeatable. Less than 3 minutes to the pier. 2 bottles of water a day.

A kettle would have been nice to make coffee in the room Some minor leaks in the bathroom. Although the room is small, For the location on Phi Phi, you can’t really complain about the price.
