We stayed at quite a few hotels in Kho Phi Phi from cheap to expensive. The pool access is amazing and makes you feel like you're stepping into paradise. The water is clean and the staff are very helpful. The location is great, being just off the ferry. Kho phi phi can be very noisy. However, this hotel was well placed, being just off the noisy bars. Breakfast was also great. I highly recommend using Kao for long tale boat trips. Used him twice and he is located just infront on the hotel on the beach. Boat number 1. Humble nice guy that will look after you well. Rooms are very clean, modern and have good space. The ground floor rooms all open onto the pools. One side gets morning sun and the other afternoon sun. They are all great.

Well, we did go to reception at 1am to say we can't sleep in our bed as it was too hard. We have stayed in many hotels in Thailand, and I know a lot of people complain about the beds being too hard. Normally, I don't. However, these beds are very hard. They were helpful and put two bed toppers over the mattress. This made the beds a lot more comfortable. If you're Western, we like softer beds. Asians like hard beds. If you prefer soft beds, definitely ask for bed toppers. Our friends did the same. They have plenty of them. I can't complain about anything else as we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location. Beautiful pool. One of the pools was heater. It was very nice. We had rooms with pool access directly from the room terrace. It was very nice and comfortable.

The humidity in the room. Perhaps a better air conditioner would reduce the humidity in the room. The mattresses aren't comfortable. They aren't soft. There was a huge cockroach on the pillow of the bed. The safes in the closet kept forgetting the code. I had to call the reception several times so that they open the safe (we slept in 2 rooms. Both safes were problematic). Eventually, I gave up on using the safe.

I’d read reviews before I booked a room in this hotel so didn’t expect much from breakfast but I was surprised that the breakfast was really good - everything was clean and fresh and tables are next to the beach in addition. Probably, the hotel management did a good job working with customer complaints about breakfast and really improved the service. 2. Best location as close to everything - pier, center, night life. Not ideal beach but for this we took a taxi boat on the pier ( 100 baht for person) and went to the Long Beach and Viking Beach, it will take around 5-10 mins. 3. Big size of the room. 4. Beds are really hard but as for me it’s more a benefit than a defect as it’s healthy for the back :)

The hotel is quite old and needs some improvements - worn grey towels and sunbeds near the pool.

The location is excellent. The exit from the room to the swimming pool.

The salt water in the bath. The bed is hard and less comfortable. The dining room is located on the beach with a nice view, but lots of flies on all the food. They could have put fans or closed the dining room. It's really unpleasant to eat when you have to get rid of flies with every bite.

if you want to be close to the harbour and have everything on your door step this property is ideal. staff all very helpful and pleasant

if you choose a pool access room, be aware it’s a bit tricky getting out the pool,back into your room , as there are no steps to help.

We liked that the nightlife was not too far from the hotel. We liked the concierge helping us book different activities

We just wished the pool stayed open later.

I gave this hotel a rating of 10 out of 10 for all its qualities. The hotel lives up to its slogan of "quality at a reasonable price." The deep pool is excellent, and there is an opportunity to swim in a long pool with a magnificent view of the bay. The rooms are spacious and have a kettle, and the linen is changed regularly and always clean. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfasts are excellent and there is always something to suit everyone's tastes. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and the port, and you can even hear the sound of the beach disco, which is not annoying. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

The hotel still uses an old-school metal key system in the rooms. I think it's time to switch to electronic keys.

We had so amazing experience there and we were very happy to stay at this place It was our honeymoon, so for us, it was very important to stay at a nice and quiet place with privacy So it was: 1. Clean and Nice 2. Looks like new all the things there 3. Very tasty breakfast 4. Very friendly stuff Good English Helped a lot to find the places we needed 5. Private swimming pool Just opened the balcony, and u have access to the swimming pool It is great to go there, especially after the sea 6. The sea was very close Great location 7. And everything was very beautiful on the island and of course the hotel and stuff helped us to enjoy there

Loved the access to the pool from the room! Location was on point! The stuff were super nice and it was very comfy

Perfect location, right near the pier and also sits on the non-pier beach side with the pool over looking the beach. Quick access to the main town and walking down the beach gives you access to the main beach bars. The rooms were incredibly spacious, very clean with a massive bathroom. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely.

The breakfast wasn't great, even though it was included with the room, we still chose to go out and pay for breakfast.
