Perfect hotel for our final day in Portugal. We had driven back to Lisbon for our last day with a very early flight the next morning. Perfectly situated close to the airport - maybe a 7 minute taxi. Clean, modern, well-priced and very friendly staff. Also right by a metro stop and easy to get Ubers right into the centre. If you are looking for a good value and don’t need to be in a central location - this would also be a great bet.

The room was spacious and clean. I was surprised how well the double windows blocked the landing planes' noise. It was easy for my husband to join for part of my work-related travel.

The breakfast was very nice and offered a lot of variety. However, the gluten-free options were quite scarce. One thing I hate (in many hotels) is when the cleaning staff stuck the bed sheets under the heavy mattress. It looks good but is so tedious for the sleeper to pull out and end up making the whole bed a mess. Therefore, I opted for not to have my room cleaned during the week. That resulted, obviously, to not so clear room otherwise.

NH Campo Grande is a comfortable 4 star hotel located in a fantastic central location. The Entrecampos metro station on the yellow line is right at the doorstep of the hotel, allowing rapid transit to other areas of the city. The surrounding area has many restaurants and a supermarket (Continente) is right across the road. The hotel itself is large and spacious with many floors. The rooms are open and airy with lots of natural light and fantastic ventilation. The beds are long and wide, perfect for taller people or a couple that like to have space. Air conditioning works great and the shower is large and easy to use, equipped with shampoo & conditioner (not always available in every hotel). The Wi-Fi works fantastic in the hotel, I had 0 problems with it during my stay. The hotel is very clean and sanitary. The restaurant is lovely with a relaxed environment and delicious food. The staff were super friendly & attentive, good & friendly service overall. Breakfast was a lovely buffet spread with hot food like eggs and bacon available to order fresh. Check-out was seamless & easy.

The room and the service were really exceptional. The location was great, well contacted to the city and all the needed public transportation lines like trams, metro and trains as well as busses. The very critical metro line is in front of the Hotel and the trains station/line is just 5 minutes by walk. I was there for a conference, then my husband and daughter joined me for the weekend. Thus, the Hotel changed our room and we were so happy. The did not charge for my family and it was really such a lovely surprise. Both rooms were so clean and responding your needs as a tourist or a business person.

Nh hotel is my all time time favorite hotel to stay when I on travel and I prefer to all. I dont find anything imperfect as all was perfect for me like budject travel. All you have in room with mini bar. Perfect location hotel and bus stop near by . From airport use the public transportation to hotel don't take taxi as it 45 euro till hotel.hotel also tour packages and tour bus pick u from the hotel. For city tour better take public transportation.. as cost only less than 3euro. Shopping center near buy and supermarket close to the hotel and also behind their is indian restaurant behind NH hotel, Super and tasty food.

NOTHING TO FOR ME .. AS IT WAS ALL GOOD

Nice spacious rooms. Bit outside of the city centre, but with the metro very close this is a perfect location for a Lisbon city trip. Comfortable beds. No sound from outside. Which surprised me, as it's a busy street and aircraft fly really low over the hotel. Easy reachable from the airport. I used the metro, which in hindsight was not even the best solution. Metro takes about 40 minutes, where the bus would take only 15.

I used breakfast only on the first day (not pre-booked). I found this to be quite expensive compared to what you got. Next, the ventilation system made an annoying humming sound (too loud). Walls are thin, you can hear others in the hotel.

The location is great, we were tourists in Lisbon, not for work, and travelled by metro to the city center every day. The metro station Entrecampos is 3 min walking from the hotel and you can get to Lisbon center by metro in 15 min, which was amazing. Next to is is a bus stop with busses going to various directions, waiting time is around 10-15 min, overall the location is very good if you'll be getting around Lisbon by public transport. The train station, also called Entrecampos, to go to Sintra is 10 min walking from the hotel, which is super convenient too. If you want to take a taxi to Belem or somewhere in Lisbon, this will be 10-12eur, maybe 15 eur max, which was ok for us because we did it just a few times. Taxi to the airport from the hotel is 5-7 eur (depending on time of the day), amazing. There's also a big supermarket 3 min away from the hotel (next to the metro station), with fresh coffee and bakery and fresh chicken & rice, salads, etc, so we were getting food there and saving up on restaurants. The double room was also super spacious, clean, with fresh decor, everything looked and felt great. If I come again to Lisbon for tourism, this will be among my top options for accommodation. So even if you get this kind of room, chances are you won't be really bothered, and if you are, you can ask for another room.

The only downside was that in our room we had an internal door to the other room, which we could lock without a problem, but it was much thinner than the walls and was letting through all the noise from the neighbour. We could hear the neighbour's every word and even how we was snoring at night :D But the neighbor was quiet, so did not bother really :)

The hotel suited our needs for one night as we wanted to be close to the airport for an early morning flight and we needed a place with parking. It would not be a place we would normally stay at while visiting Lisbon as it is a little far from the places we wanted to go, but we found the hotel to be comfortable as were the beds. The parking garage is underground (12.50 per day) and a bit tight. It is a one car lane so if someone is coming from the other direction one of the cars needs to back up. Otherwise it was convenient to be able to park on site.

A fair hotel very close to the airport, close to the universities, just outside the busy center. Staff is friendly and the hotel, even if it is not brand new, is very clean and very cozy. Especially the rooms are spacious with all the required amenities.

If you are planning to explore the city, you should probably move more down town. If you are looking for nice restaurants around, again go closer to the center. The location is ideal for business and to move easily around Lisbon.

The room was very clean, warm and the bed comfortable. The bathroom shower had plenty of spece and very clean.; Breakfast was exxceptional, both in quantity and quality. I had a very well prepared evening meal which was very good (octopus). The staff at reception and dining areas were very efficient and very very helpful. They did go that exxtra bit. I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel or staying there again.
