After a long flight I asked for a room that was not noisy and I was put in a lovely room with a view of the Empire State Building. I sleep very well and was very happy. The staff were very nice and helpful which I very much appreciated.

There are extra fees to check out late and also leave baggage for a few hours. I think this is penny pinching of the hotel. When you are paying for a good hotel these things should be included as part of customer service.

The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk away from Times Square, Central Park and the grand central terminal. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was also very comfortable.

We were guaranteed free wifi and TV access (which is stated on the description) before we confirmed our booking. However, for the entirety of the trip we did not get access to either with little explanation, apology or evidence that the issue was prioritised. As the customer, it was very disappointing. Other than this we were very pleased.

Location was fantastic and the room was huge! Bed was really comfortable and staff were friendly.

I paid the security fee on arrival and was told the money would be refunded 7days after check out. Here we are almost a month later and no refund. Emails are being ignored aswell.

Spacious room, very comfortable. Nice view of the city, great location, friendly staff. Walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping area and very well connected to public transport.

Phone and TV didn't work, and neither did the wi-fi on the last day. They also charged for storing luggage, it would have been nice if they offered it complimentary, given that the phone lines and TV connection didn't work. Also, the taxi service offered at the front desk was overpriced ($65 to Penn Station - which we refused, and ended up getting an Uber for $15).

We had read quite a few reviews for this property so knew what to expect. Our room on the 15th floor was extremely spacious and comfortable, a great view looking out to The Chrysler Building and surrounds, very quiet, very comfortable bed. Good bathroom facilities, very clean. Murray Hill is a lovely part of New York, a nice mix of residential and business, very close to Central Station and easy to get around, good selection of restaurants and cafes nearby from very inexpensive to luxury fine dining. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation and they were very helpful and able to accomodate us at short notice.

We were a little perplexed as we had an espresso machine in the room, however no pods. Not sure if we had to purchase at reception. No tea making facilities and no cutlery. It was feeling a little tired, we chatted with the reception staff and were advised that the hotel is currently under a staged renovation, during our stay the foyer and reception were being renovated and the remainder of the hotel will be updated over the coming months, the renovation work did not interfere with our stay, except for the tv not working....honestly this was no big deal as we were here for work, we were just interested to have a look!

The staff at the Tuscany were very nice and accommodating throughout the stay. Friendly and courteous. There aren’t many amenities. Just the room is pretty much it. No coffee maker. No business lounge. Cable was out, and no phone in the room. They provided a fire stick for use while in the room. Room is VERY spacious. Not much of a view, but decent. Overall, was what I needed, however in comparison, I could have gone for a hotel with more brand recognition for the same price.

Location was excellent in Midtown, very little noise when in our room, Room was extremely spacious and kept clean, towel’s changed daily regardless of they were used or not.

On arrival found out there was no Tv channels working or phone lines connected to the room this is an ongoing problem , also no coffee making facilities.Although staff were helpful and suggested we get an Amazon fire stick if we had a heads up prior to arriving we would have taken one with us.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and a large room with a super comfy bed. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A bit bare bones. No bottles of water in the mini-bar or hotwater kettle for coffee, fairly small closet, no in-room directory or other sort of traveler or hotel information, no dining facilities or room service.

The room was superb, the subway was nearby, and a lot was within walking distance. There were a lot a places to choose to eat at. I especially liked that Grand Central Terminal/market was so close to us.

No TV, No phone service, and no coffee. It seemed like everything was out of order. No good, if it wasn't for the location it would have been a terrible stay.
