Modern, comfortable and spacious 5 bedroom apartment. Tastefully decorated. Great location in the old town. Good air conditioning during the heatwave and hot water. Fridge, freezer, coffee machine, TV with Netflix etc. Nice balconies overlooking the street below. Excellent value for money, especially with a group. Ease of access - front door and apartment door can be opened via the app and there was also a set of physical keys once inside the apartment. The app requires that you photograph passports/ID and take some selfies before checking in, there is also a separate deposit which needs to be paid, I recommend doing this prior to arrival for a smooth experience - this will be communicated via email anyway. The app also contains useful information and FAQs. Deposit was refunded in a timely manner a couple of days after departure.

There is no elevator which is something to be conscious of if you have difficulty with staircases. There was no washing machine in the apartment. There was some construction noise on the road outside adjacent property one of the mornings. No apartment numbers on the doors.

The location is good and it was very quiet at night apart from a scratching noise in the ceiling! We had everything we needed apart from a working kettle. Beds were comfy and clean. Nicely decorated too. Bathrooms were excellent - good water pressure.

We managed to get in to the main building via the app. However, there was an additional door before we got to our apartment. By chance, the cleaner was able to let us through this door and we got through the apartment door via the app again. When we rang the agent, we finally got a code for the keys for the middle door that were stored in a lock box. Being aware of this beforehand would be useful. Personal preference: keys are better than an app as the app relies on your phone being charged and internet connection; sometimes it took a while for the door to open. The kettle didn’t work.

The location is great, the apartment well furnished and the team responsive

The apartment door opening is complicated especially during the check in process, there are no enough toiletries products for a week , the apartment is pretty small for more then 2 people

Great location, we really liked the vibe of the neighborhood. We especially liked the 2 bathrooms which made our stay easier for 4 people. Place was very clean and check in is flexible.

We had a door between our building entrance and our apartment for which we didn't have the key. Everything was fine while that door was opened, but when someone closed it, we couldn't access our apartment and we had to call support to send someone. Please fix that.

The dining room table was on its last leg. It looked like it was about to break, shatter, and completely fall apart if bumped into the wrong way. We were terrified that we would accidentally break it and be charged with the $400 deposit but thank god this wasn’t the case. Apart from this the apartment was decent and had everything we needed!

The apartments are the same as on photos. Everything is new. The apartments has heating everywhere, which is important in winter. Kitchen also well equipped. Good location. Good value for the money.

VERY complicated check in process. Everything is online. You need to download the app. Upload to it your passport and make selfie. Then you need to pay a 200 EURO deposit, which will be returned after 7 days after check out.

Our suite was perfect, 4 of us stayed there but there is definitely enough room for 8 people to enjoy their time comfortably. The contact with the property was smooth and as long as you manage the online app check-in ahead of time - there is no hiccups. There was enough towels, some toiletries, air con worked well, location is great! Fully recommend!

iron could use an upgrade, otherwise all perfect!

The app worked really well, however, I assumed Booking.com would automatically take the payment for the property, I received a text telling me I needed to pay but thought it was suspicious so didn't pay it, but a quick call to MIT House and it was quickly resolved.

Was a little difficult to find, no numbers on the apartment entrance door.

Walking distance to Metro station. Got two bathrooms. Luckily got the first floor unit, easy for elderly climb up and down the stairs

Not sufficient space to dry our clothes. First day water heater got issues.

The apartment is big enough for our group total 8 people.

Almost all the door handles of every bedrooms and bathrooms are apart. We cannot close the doors.
