I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was an unexpected surprise and greatly appreciated. The room was clean, well appointed, with a great view. The location was excellent for getting around, close to the bus, light rail and shops. The included breakfast was most enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The seal under the door of the shower leaked and I had to wipe it up with my flannel after each shower as no other cloth or mop was provided. (Room 1705). When I used the drier, the filter kept falling off, so I had to leave it off whilst the drier was on.

Great location so close to Darling Harbour. Friendly staff.

Breakfast onsite was not available on my day of departure

The location is good and close to restaurants and Darling Harbour. The furnishings are comfortable and the room was clean. We found the water pressure in the bathroom was inadequate and maintenance were promptly sent to deal with it.

The room is a bit tired - some fittings needed upgrading. The shower was over the bath and it was a big step up to get in. If you have mobility issues this would not be a suitable room. Given you have to climb in and out of the bath there should be non-slip applications on the floor of the bath. While the water pressure improved after maintenance it was still just barely adequate.

Great location. Close to Darling Harbour and easy access from Town Hall Station. A quick uphill walk to the centre of the Sydney CBD. Room size great, with basic equipment for cooking. Easy checkin process.

The wifi is terrible.

Prime location. Situated just a short walk away from Darling Harbour, it provided easy access to a plethora of attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues. The proximity to Chinatown was an added bonus, allowing for an immersive cultural experience and a variety of delectable food choices.

Disappointed by the Lack of Car Parking Facilities I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant inconvenience: the lack of car parking facilities. For travelers who rely on their vehicles, this was a major drawback that overshadowed the rest of the stay.

The location was great for what we came to Sydney to do

I didn’t like that there is no gym or pool

The staff was super friendly and willing to assist at all times. If this is your first time in Sydney, this is the most central and ideal location. Whichever direction you take, you within a few minutes, either at Darling Harbor, the light rail that takes you across the city, the metro, the city square, resturants, malls or supermarket for essentials. The kitchenette gives you great flexibility. With this beautiful apartment and location, you will have a wonderful time and experience Sydney to its fullest.

There wasn't anything we did not like with this apartment. Everything worked.

Location is perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby

It says we can check in from 2pm. But when we were there at 2:20, the staff was still dealing with the booking. We waited for around 15mins, while the staff didn't feel sorry or express anything about letting us wait. The day after our room key didn't work. When we talked to the receptionist, she was impatient and a bit unrespectful when I couldn't catch her words at once. But overall, the hotel is still good:)

Location to restaurants, and Darling Harbour was in walking distance. Room was nice and very comfortable. Bed was very good to. Front staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. I would have like to being able to make my own cuppa as I wanted it and more if I like. Lactose free milk, wasn't an option, only soy milk. Also bake beans and spaghetti would have been good to have included to.

I could quite clearly hear people walking around and babies crying from the upstairs room. This made it difficult for me to stay asleep.

The apartment was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was particularly pleased with the modernised bathroom and the comfortable shower. Staff were helpful.

We were only given one towel each for a week and no teatowel was supplied. The windows are not double glazed and there was some noise from the street during the night. We would have appreciated a lamp or two as the lighting in the main area was very bright.
