Location is 25 minute walk to centre of Corralejo. Parking available for free. On site, very well stocked mini market and reasonable prices. Well equipped gym and 2 large pools (as well as one for kids). Organised activities, live music every night (and good singers!). Clean, comfortable rooms, easy to cook of you wanted to (need to get cleaning products). Nice breakfast spread and variety of evening meals (though we didn't try). Best friendly and helpful staff.

Double bed instead of putting 2 singles together would have been better. The heated pool wasn't always heated. Coffee machine had sugar already added!

The food was amazing , themed nights, Italian night deserved a special mention and gala dinner was top class. The pool was lovely big and heated. Staff so friendly and work so hard. Yes the complex is dated but the price reflects this, I would return in winter season as it's so comfortable , no queuing for anything, plenty of sunbeds and the pricing is the same as it was 17 years ago.

Noisey ceiling fans in living room , the pull out bed for an adult was small but wasn't uncomfortable.tl The wifi is horrendous.

The property was in such a good location for the main town, only a 5 minute walk and you were amongst the main strip so it was perfect. The rooms were lovely and spacious and cleaned daily. The sun beds were actually really comfortable considering a lot of reviews said they weren’t they were really comfortable and the food was really nice, really good choices for breakfast.

One of the pools was closed for maintenance with no prior notice but this wasn’t a massive problem as there was another pool and the beach is close by. The door locks only worked occasionally first time, the other times we had to hold the key fob over it for ages before it opened.

The beautiful gardens were one of my favourite things about Las Marismas, so well kept and full of tropical plants and palm trees - it felt like paradise. We had a lovely clean spacious apartment in a quite part of the complex. Cleaners came 5 times a week and did an excellent job. There is a good range of facilities including a small supermarket, mini golf and tennis courts. The staff on reception and in the restaurants are fab, however there is one life guard who seemed to feel the need to blow his whistle at everyone just having fun in the pool which was slightly annoying and unnecessary. The food is of a high quality and delicious, there is so much choice at the buffet and the themed nights are a great idea - we especially enjoyed Italian night! There are plenty of sun loungers but it can be difficult to find space around the pool in the daytime, it does get quieter later on. The 2 big pools are really lovely and they are quite big so whilst there are a lot of people using them it doesn't feel too crowded. We saw a mix of entertainment during our stay and some of the acts were excellent. There is a small selection of amusement arcade machines and the pool tables were a particular favourite. Overall we had an absolutely amazing holiday and will definitely be back to Las Marismas!

There are a couple of members of staff who could use some customer service training particularly the overzealous lifeguard! There could be more choice for vegetarians at the buffet restaurant.

Every year we choose Las Marismas de Corralejo. We like the layout of the hotel with lots of trees and vegetation. 3 swimming pools, bars and restaurants everything it's OK. We book same room and always they've pleased us. Thank you for that.

I've noticed some dust around the room and bathroom even after cleaning round .In the bathroom on the hairdryer support there was dust. The blades of the ceiling fan in the bedroom were full of dust no one clean them for ages. If you clean a room you clean it top to bottom. The use of the seif has a daily charge Never heard of this before. All hotels let you use the seif for free. Something changed in the management.

Only used pool bar for snack lunchtime food short staffed in busy periods, but quality of food good. Apartment kept very clean by cleaners and even a change of towels on penultimate day. Furniture and beds comfortable. Bottle of wine for a repeat visit appreciated and enjoyed.

Suffer leg/walking problems so trek round to apartment a slight problem and steps a definite hardship. Had requested a previous apartment where access up/down via a ramp slope but appreciate cannot be guaranteed. Arrived at hotel about 1130 due flight arriving on time and good transfer, but room not available till after 1530. Been travelling since 0200 a very long day.

2 Swimming pools and lots of sun loungers available. Buffet restaurant had a large selection to choose from and a good variety. Friendly staff. Location. Nightly entertainment.

Some parts are in need of updating. The umbrella holders for the sun shades are rusty and just need a paint treatment applied. Some of the Sun lounger mats are new but a lot are old, just replace to new ones. Review the entertainment as most were really good but a couple were not, didn't know the words to songs etc. Had a mini golf putting course. Great fun but needs urgent attention and improving. New felt etc.

we were extremely happy with the whole complex with one exception. One of our favourite places after many years travelling to the canaries.

when checking in it's alright getting directions from the reception staff but if it's late or maybe your not great with directions it can be a disheartening start to your holiday when your going all over the place trying to find your room. The numbers in stone look lovely in the daylight but are hardly visible in the dark. If there was a block set of numbers on the side of each building it would help and maybe a sign or two here and there.

We have just returned after a week in Las Marismas. We are very pleased, beautiful facility with many amenities, very nice staff (everyone). The facility has a well-equipped gym, a tennis court, mini golf, squash, and a volleyball court, all included in the price of your stay, so everyone will find something for themselves. There are also 3 swimming pools, one very shallow for children, a fairly large heated swimming pool (the temperature could be a bit higher), and a large swimming pool with refreshing cold water. The disadvantage is that hotel guests leave their towels on the sun loungers early in the morning, reserving a place, sometimes no one comes all day, but the towels are lying around, so you can't use them. However, the regulations state that it is prohibited, unfortunately, no one enforces it. The food was great, rich breakfasts, in healthier and less healthy versions, dinners every day in a different cuisine e.g. Italian, Mexican, Asian cuisine, etc.. large selection and what was important for us was the availability of fresh vegetables (which rarely happens in hotels). Nice selection of food at the beach bar, good drinks. Live music or performances every evening. Aquafitness by the pool every day, there is also a games room with a bar, but the downside here was that a lot of the equipment did not work. There is a shop on site, well-equipped with very affordable prices. Beautiful vegetation on the premises. Overall, it's a perfect place for a family holiday, we will definitely come back.

Kids club was great for my 8 year old. Resort was very safe for children. Shop on site was quite reasonable but has increased alot over the last time i came. Gym is good to get you by. Could do with more activities especially needs a mini disco in the evening. I have returned so it must of been fine to return. However its quite far to walk i dont mind walking but my 8 year old wasnt keen on walking out 3 times a day. So as the location out the way the hotel needs to do a little more to keep guests from having to go elsewhere.

needs kids entertainment not just kids club. Pool aerobics only once per day for 30 mins. Instructor isnt very energetic and doesnt get people involved before she started the class, Didnt hear her speak once. Location 10 mins walk from nearest bar, beach.
