I would say value for the price was excellent! Room was simple, but clean and comfortable (it really looked like the pictures), with some basic services such as a little fridge, a kettle to warm up water, some cups, sugar and instant coffee, which we appreciated. Check-in was easy (you need internet!), and the location was great. The bathroom was very small, but the shower was nice and hot! The room was on the road, and it's a little noisy, but it's Madrid, that's kind of expected. The wifi didn't work initially and we couldn't manage to have the TV to work.

The location was everything, it worth every bump with the bed for the very small space that you have between the bed and the wall, we found the bathdroom very comfortable too😅

As we didnt have many space for our lugagge we have to put it under the bed, where it wasnt very clean and the other thing could only be my problem but the shower wasnt very easy to use, and the pressure of the water wasnt the best

Location of the apartment was extremly good. Walking distance to all of the main sights in the centre, metro and restaurants as well. Easy access and very responsive staff.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, loud and the pillows were very hard. Was fine for a short stay. We couldn’t close the windows - which we didn’t mind, though if it would be a bit warmer it might be unpleasant.

The location was perfect, right in the city center of Madrid. There were lots of restaurants nearby and it was a 2 min walk to the Opera and about 5 mins away from Plaza Mayor.

There was no receptionist and everything was done online including the virtual keys. Make sure to check in before arriving so you have access to your virtual keys, it was super easy.

No a lot of help for explaining how entering works... would be nice to be welcomed by a host. Ground floor, so a lot of noise from street and incoming customers. lot of lights from all kind of devices, like routers and exit lights.

Location, clean

1) Asked for iron - they have only one shareable between rooms, so they were not sure I can get it till the morning. But in the end other visitor agreed to share it with me. 2) wan not clear how to use the shower! I need to ask for a video explanation.

Location is great, check in with mobile app was easy and simple to use. Good rooms when you need some cozy place to sleep when travelling to Madrid for a couple of days :) great value for money!!

Great location, comfy room the best pillows I slept on. mini fridge in the room. responsive customer service- replied immediately to all requests/questions.

not the biggest bathroom, but had all that was needed.

It was my first time in a hotel where there was no one at the reception. but the staff was always in touch, very quickly respond and help. very kind. location in the center. Good room for the quick stay with children. Staff helps a lot Was clean.

Had a few hiccups booking as different system that hadn't used before. friendly and helpful working throughthe issues. Central to city . Close to metro

Too much personal info over Internet which they advised would be kept for 3 years. I felt that was a big risk for hackers.
