Location

The only thing was the bed sheets even though they were clean they were crinkled and looked like they hadn’t been changed but absolutely fantastic and clean and quiet location I would 110% stay again and 110% recommend it well done to the owners

The location is situated in the town close to all amenities and when you come out of the lodges you enter a cobblestone courtyard with access to Dillons restaurant which has a great menu and good food. The lodge rooms are a large size which is perfect for families sharing and they are spotlessly clean with a large bathroom, lots of fluffy towels and really comfy beds. There’s tea and coffee available and a large smart tv for catching up or watching a movie before retiring to sleep. Staff are very welcoming and I certainly would recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in Ballina. Great value for money 😊

I have no complaints regarding the property.

Liked it was close to town and within walking distance of town.

Only thing I can complain of when there electricity was turnt off with no warning, I was in shower at time with soap still in my hair, no were to blow dry my hair or straighten it, also no use of kitchen.

It was just a great place to stay ,cleanliness , comfortable beds ,great shower ,tv , loads of towels , the staff were so helpful couldn't do enough for us for example we couldn't get a taxi back to Belleek Castle where our car was parked and Kathleen brought us there just a brilliant lady .

No fault to the lodge but there was a very amorous couple in the room above us who kept us awake having sex and then showering at 4/5 am with total disregard for all others trying to sleep.

This is a place we always use when in the area. Spotless, modern and spacious rooms. We love the two room apartment and there is tea and coffee making facilities (plus a fridge in a communal area) and a handy check in (pin code). Perfect location on a pretty courtyard and beautiful food and atmosphere in the restaurant within the courtyard. I find it great value for money and its private and quiet and feels safe. You can park up and explore on foot as it is so central. Lots of toiletries and very clean bedrooms with large tvs. Perfect!

Great stay superb location at an affordable rate. Everything very straight for ward for key pick up and checking in and out of the property. Plenty of communication from Kathleen and team as required.

If possible another small table in the room would have been convenient . Dillons bar does some excellent take out food and another table /chairs would have made dining in even better. Appreciate the property probably not designed for dining in but with such a good restaurant doing takeaway options and with young kids could really be a great help

We enjoyed our stay here and they were obliging in ensuring a ground location as we had some mobility issues with stairs. The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The central location was good and the proximity to the restaurant and bar made for a great night with great food and acoustic music. It's also a unique setting with a hidden courtyard.

It was just a little difficult to find as it is a little hidden away but that also added to its uniqueness.

Clean and modern. Good tea, coffee, milk and biscuit selection. Good toiletry selection. Easy to access with code and lockbox. Good location - very walkable into town.

Unfortunately, the bedrooms were very hot. There was a ceiling fan in one bedroom, that we could not get to work. Portable floor fans would be a great addition to the property. We could open the windows for airflow in one room, but the property faced the road, so we had a lot of road noise if the window was left open.

Loved the self check-in, you get a PIN for your keybox and can let yourself in after the check-in time. Loved the room, it was very clean. Beds were the best I've ever slept on, brand new mattresses, so comfy. The tv is also top notch with access to Disney+, Netflix and Prime. Spacious walk in shower, also spotless. Decent kettle with mugs (usually there are only tiny cups ) so you can have a decent cuppa. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Location is right in the town so easy to walk around for a bit of shopping or bite to eat. Dinner was sublime in Dillons bar restaurant in the courtyard. Oh, and If you have kids, there's a fab playground/park about 10min walk away.

There was nothing I didn't like! We stayed over a bank holiday so some food places were closed. Managed to get coffee/croissant one morning in Costa (2min.walk) and then in The Junction where they have gluten free bread which was appreciated. The car park right behind the restaurant is tiny and usually full so I wouldn't bother. There's a pay and display car park right behind Dillons restaurant, only 2euro per day. We stayed over New years so it was quiet and we didn't need a ticket. Perhaps something else to be aware of, there are stairs.. so I'm not sure if the downstairs room is accessible for those that need it.

The Lodge was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable beds, lovely and warm and the facilities were generous. Exceptionally well maintained. The location and parking were excellent. The Lodge couldn't have been better. Excellent location close to all amenities. Staff were fantastic. Mary
