Great location for my visit. Everything works well other than poor TV reception.

No milk or cold water in fridge and insufficient coffee pods for a 4 day stay.

Clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Very well located a short walk to amenities but nice and quiet at night. An excellent coffee place just over the road! The off street parking was handy too when we hired a car for a few days. The property management team were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We had a problem with a fixture in the bathroom but they came out immediately and sorted it with no fuss. Arrival and departure instructions were really clear and easy to follow.

The apartment we were in was at the back of the building so kitchen/lounge was a bit lacking in natural light, but not really a problem as we spent most of our time during the day out and about!

Location in leafy quiet Mossman bay just 10 mins by half hourly ferries across bay from circular quay was excellent. 10 min walk to ferry or regular bus. Apartment was very well provisioned and clean with good kitchen. Convenience stores close. Manager promptly replied to enquiries.

Parking -8 units but parking for 4 first come basis unde4 apartment block for low small cars with street parking free if spot available. This needs to be more apparent on booking.com website. We did manage to get a park down street in cul de sac for the 3 days. Parking on street not secure so had to remove items on roof rack. Air-conditioning could have had instructions as it seemed not to work but alternate heater was provided and it warmed the space.

Lovely affluent area that felt very safe. It was great to have a fully working kitchen with living room and dining table space. The host was very kind to give us the requested upstairs apartment as I’m a light sleeper and didn’t want anybody above me. All facilities worked great like air con and washing machine ect. The instructions about how to get in were easy and accurate.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow and kept kicking my devices off. They would reconnect on their own though so wouldn’t stop me from returning. Check out at 10 was slightly early as with it not being a hotel, there wasn’t anywhere to leave suitcases before we left the area.

- Air conditioning built into the ceiling. I didn't find it that easy to use. - Mirror in the bathroom behind the toilet but not above the sink, a bit strange

No breakfast provided though the location an easy 10 minute walk to good breakfast and dining venues on military road. This area can be a bit pricey for dining, though it is very close to Taronga park Zoo. Buses run frequently, taxis and ubers good ... trains require buses to nearest stations. Good facilities in unit.

A bit squished as bed abutted combination sliding door for access to clothes cupboard and shower/bathroom. Relocation of the clothes unit to wall near kitchen would greatly improve space utilization. A bit hilly for older folks if walking.

Great location, close to excellent cafe, pizzeria, grocery shop, deli, pharmacy. Only 12 min walk to military road shops. Proximity to balmoral beach. Overall excellent location. Quiet street.

Deco was basic. Lack of block out blinds meant sleep was disturbed with very bright street lights outside. A curtain may fix this. WiFi was ok but flakey, so for important work calls they do advise you to have a plan B, would’ve been better if the property had reception boosters as a plan B.

This was a return visit because we love Mosman and the location suits us. It's very well equipped. The hosts are helpful and respond quickly to messages.

We had problems with the TV signal and remote. The door to the bathroom was part of the mirror doors on the wardrobe. Difficult to envisage but two doors rather than three would make access to both the bathroom and storage much easier in my opinion.

Every effort was made to meet all our requests including late check-out where possible, and safe storage of bags after check out. Cafe, corner shop, delicatessen, butcher, bottle shop, green grocer, dry cleaner, pizza place, great coffee, bus stop all on the doorstep. 10 minute walk to Military Road, Mosman for more shopping - from Aesop to Lululemon, florist to sushi. 10-15 minute walk to Mosman Bay Ferry Wharf.

Last visit there was washing powder available for the washing machine, this visit there was not. We had planned with it being there. This last visit, not all the pillows had pillow cases on them. Which limited us to one pillow per person when we all would have liked to use 2 each. On arrival the stove top was poorly cleaned, dirty and stank the room out for 24 hours. The cleaning team were informed and reacted well.

I wish I'd had more time there to see the area, but may return ahead and this time, for recreation. The locked box was tricky to get into (especially given my long nails) - the tab I needed to pull down at the same time as openning the box was a little stiff but I got there in the end. Thank you for a great stay:)

The view of the back of another building, although as I was there for work, it didn't matter so much. Loved that it was quiet. Hated dragging the bag up the stairs on my own but managed.:)
