You can see that. Istanbul is the cleanest city I've been to in years. Give me the respect. Please learn Turkish language, words, know how to say hello, thank you. Please prepare thoroughly for your trip so that you know where you are going, where you are really coming to, and so that you will see even better how much you have so much potential here. Help from the Top 10 Istanbul book, too. Public transport is very good and precise. If you're going to take the metro and it's hot outside in the summer, you should take a jacket for the metro journey because the air conditioning is strong (thankfully). Meals: anywhere 20 m you have to walk and you can eat or drink. You can get EVERYTHING you need in Istanbul, rest assured, this city is highly organized!!! The city has a special atmosphere. It's buzzing. Yet, the people exude a great sense of calm. That calm will stick with you. Take it home, keep it. Arrive and depart with the hotel's own airport shuttle. Ask for programmes at reception, where you can book them. Ask for the hotel's own taxi. Appreciate the effort of the hotel staff (including the kitchen) with a tip (tip, bahşiş). The hotel surroundings are super. Most important is the bed. We went all day for activities, a good bed is important. This comfortable bed was a given in the hotel. The breakfast is abundant, a great pleasure. Dinner on the roof is a special atmosphere, while you are watching Ahmed Sultan's mosque. The staff is fantastic. They are kind and attentive, they help with everything. Even though they are almost mind readers, it is better to communicate: ask questions and make requests, inquiries. You will get several solutions for everything in this hotel. We are grateful. Although the holiday is over now, we will be back, again.

People are best. They went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarnic Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is charming and cozy, with a perfect blend of traditional decor and modern amenities. My room was immaculate and beautifully furnished, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast each morning was a delightful spread of fresh and delicious options that set the tone for the day. Overall, Sarnic Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Despite clearly booking and paying for two rooms to accommodate all four of us, the hotel insisted on charging extra for two additional guests. This was very disappointing, especially since the booking details and payment were clear about the number of guests I had paid for. Fortunately, I explained the misunderstanding to the manager of the hotel , who he was nice and very understanding. He realized it was an error at the level of booking.com, so he did not over charge us. He handled the situation calmly and professionally.

Perfect location! 5 mins walk to Sultanahmet Square, 10 mins walk to the Grand Bazar. There is also a tram station 7 mins away to visit other areas of Istanbul such as Galata, Balat etc. The staff were lovely, always friendly and helpful. They are the ones who made us feel really comfortable and welcomed. We also had breakfast in the morning, which we highly recommend. The ladies who prepare breakfast were amazing, every day there was something new to try, and the desserts were amazing! We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was wonderful ! The room was clean, beds very comfortable,housecleaning was awesome ! Loved the breakfast every morning ! Such nice people !! I have traveled to many countries and I have never felt more at home and welcomed than when I stayed at this hotel !! The front desk is always there to answer questions and give guidance on tours. They even brought our luggage to our room ! After a long day of traveling..that was such a nice touch. I am fortunate to be traveling back to Istanbul in November and have already booked our room at Sarnic Premier Hotel !!

Loved everything !

Sarnic Hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was even better than in the photos, the beds extremely comfortable and the entire room spotless clean. The hotel service was exceptional with both Hikmet and Emrah looking after us as if we were family, helping us with bookings, transport, directions and even walking us to the gold bazaar when we wanted to shop in order to make sure we get the best deal. The hotel itself is minutes walk away from most tourist spots, which was extremely convenient I strongly recommend the hotel and the staff here. They made our holiday an incredible experience

We loved everything

The hotel boasts an excellent location with all key attractions within walking distance. Although my room was situated on the top floor and the building lacked an elevator, the receptionist graciously assisted me with my luggage. I found the room to be spotless. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the staff's kindness and helpfulness more than compensated for this. In particular, Emrah went above and beyond by facilitating communication with the travel agency for my taxi booking to the airport, as they did not speak English.

Breakfast was superb.Quite a big choice namely omelette,cheese,butter,variety of fruity jams,salami,tomato/cucumber/local savouries or English breakfast with toast/cornflakes/oatmeal,tea or coffee and juice. We can't complain,it was too much and all was fresh.We also had fresh fruits. Location was 5 minutes from BLUE MOSQUE AND SULTANAHMET MEYDAN.

More flexibility in checkout time for clients flying late at night.

We was with family 3 adults 2 kids. The room was very spacious we had 2 rooms. From terrasse Excellent view on the sea and ai Sophia and very close to Ai Sophia and the other experience. We got everything what we needed. The staff especially Emrah was very helpful and kind with us. They brought us a water for babies every day. Ordered taxi several times for good price and gave some advice about visiting İstanbul. Finally prepared the sandwiches on the morning when we lived earlier before the breakfast. I booked for 1 night, but we stayed 3 nights instead.

the location was ideal. short walk to blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi palace and a nice walk to the grand bazaar which is about a 10 minute walk. it’s got a great vibe close by with restaurants and shisha lounges. the staff were very friendly, helpful and not in any way pushy- very respectful breakfast was ok, there are plenty of other places to eat closeby if you want a full Turkish breakfast. the bedroom was clean, albeit bathroom a little dated but wasn’t a problem at all. I will say defiantly value for money and I will if I visit Istanbul again I will come back. thank you for a relaxing stay. beautiful rooftop view of the blue mosque
