Very helpful staff especially front of house. Pleasant evening at Albies followed by drinks on the roof terrace.

Took 3 members of staff to agree to our requesting to move tables at breakfast due to air conditioning vent above our table blasting out cold air despite there being several tables unoccupied. Quality of breakfast tea was disgusting and was grey and totally tasteless so requested coffee instead. Shame this spoiled an otherwise nice breakfast.

We loved the style and feel of the hotel, and felt immediately relaxed. The room was very comfortable, the bed was perfect, and it was very quiet.

It is a shame that the restaurant on the top floor is limited to sea food, and in the morning it was not open for coffee etc. The pictures of this area is what attracted us to the hotel, but actually this area was no use at all to us.

Like most Hoxton hotels, the atmosphere is great. A good balance between lively and chilled. My room wasn't huge but it is nicely designed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size for a small room. Very clean and they have nice toiletries. Both the downstairs and rooftop restaurants and bars are great for drinks. The food is pretty good, not incredible. The location is convenient for both the City and West End. The immediate surroundings aren't great but very convenient if you're in and out of Waterloo station. Bonus, I arrived an hour before check in and the staff let me into my room without hesitation.

It would be nice if the minibar had a bit more in it other than two bottles of water.

It has a very chilled modern vibe. The food we had at breakfast and dinner was love,y. All the staff we encountered couldn’t do enough for us, they were very professional and attentive. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the Tube, and the South Bank is just around the corner

I didn’t like the service charge added to bar or food bills, not for a resident. The staff would have received an ample tip anyway as the service was excellent, but a service charge ( even though it was explained later that it was optional ) sometimes prevents a larger tip being given.

The interior design was stunning. The staff were very friendly. The bed & pillows were super comfy. The location was perfect for where we were going, no Ubers needed! It was also very quiet in the room.

Upon walking in, the reception area to check in/out wasn’t very clear and was actually very noisy as it’s a desk based in the middle of the restaurant. The water pressure was quite weak and there wasn’t much water coming out of the taps. The lifts were also very slow.

Room was perfect size and air conditioning worked well. It smelled beautiful and the music playing from the digital radio when you walk in is a great, relaxing touch. It was on a main road but really quiet, great sound insulation. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff very friendly, the rooftop bar area was also beautiful, had a nice vibe and great staff. Will return!

Lovely trendy industrial urban style hotel in a great location, welcoming atmosphere & staff, amazing roof top bar, bedroom & bathroom was nicely decorated too, there was even fresh milk in the fridge as complimentary gift to make coffee or tea in the room!

Ventilation could be better, you can't open a window to aerate the room and there was a bit of unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, nothing too bad though. A bit of confusion with breakfast in the morning, we ended up paying for tea and coffee which I was told would be free when checking in. My partner wasn't aware of it so he didn't realise when he paid for the breakfast. Not a major issue but all staff should be on the same page.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff, cleaniness of rooms, and porsche ambience at Seabird restaurant. Very hip and vibrant atmosphere on the whole. I do like the makeup room service only provided based on request. Daily free milk and drinking water are provided. The casual and yet comfy breakfast area at Albie. I felt like I was not in London, but rather sonewhere in a hiking resort.

Hox Benny and orange juice at Albie are a bit disappointing. It will be good if they also serve pancakes and English breakfast instead of item by item....

There was a mix up with my booking, which was my mistake arriving a day late. After initially saying they couldn't do anything about it, they came good and moved my 2 night dates forward by a day as it was clearly a genuine mistake. As a result, I would go there again. The front desk staff were great.

We were hassled out of the downstairs bar area and not able to drink alcohol after 11pm which is a bit ridiculous as residents in a hotel. When I checked my invoicing, they had indeed charged me for 3 nights but they corrected this when I called, but I still needed to call.

Hotel has a very good, ergonomic and comfort design both in room and bathroom. Everything was designed with good taste. I really liked the music which was on after entering the room, comfy bed, and shower cabin. Service was great - as I arrived in the morning, the reception staff didn't want me to wait till check-in time but found me available room at 9 a.m. which was wonderful. The location is very convenient - close to Southwark station, Tate modern, Southbank and many other landmarks. There are nice bars and restaurants in the hotel so you may enjoy your evening without going out. Great place
